Five Guys — Restaurant in Kenner

This is no longer worth it. The food is overpriced and the customer service is lacking. The Elmwood location is better. Still expensive. We ordered 2 burgers and a large fry for $30. They didnt put extra fries in the bag like they used to. When we went to check out and place our order, the cashier got a phone call answered it and then walked away without telling us anything. We we were standing there... waiting. Until someone came to check us out. If Im paying $30 for 2 burgers and 1 order of fries at least have customer service. NEVER GOING BACK to...

I'm giving 5 guys a 5 no matter what bc on my best and worst days I'm stopping for some Cajun fries!! However I will say the last time we order 2 large fries it was lacking what we were used to especially for being $7+. Regardless, everytime I visit, it's always fast and helpful service. I love that they wait to bag togo fries until you get there. And I'll always love the unlimited topping y'all allow. I'm glad I have one...

While the atmosphere and service has remained exceptional, the quality of the the burgers now being served has slipped. This chain may want to rethink their business model when it costs almost $40 for two burgers, one large french fries and a couple of fountain drinks. We all can make a distinction between inflation versus higher prices without getting more in return...
