service here really fell off. it used to be good but it takes forever to get just a simple coffee now and they're always mixing up orders. they don't even read the names at the drive thru in the morning thankfully i paid enough attention for us both

EDIT : tried again, went back today. ordered on mobile at 8:40. was in drive thru line and she told me my order was being made. then after a few minutes, she tried to hand me the wrong coffee. then, she told me they hadn't made my coffee yet and i should park and they'll bring it out. no problem, i do. well they never bring it out. so i go in and i'm not even rude, just tired of waiting and im treated like im being rude. just bad customer service all around. i know its busy but the workers at mcdonald's are more accurate and aware of what's happening around them. it shouldn't take me 15 minutes to pick up a...

The customer service is beyond horrible. I try to get a remake I am first told that I cannot get either a refund or a remake. They laughed at the fact that I seemingly finished the drink. The employees have the perception that I purchase a drink and then come back later for a refund, I was laughed at yesterday. This is pure discrimination. The district manager, Keisha for Baton Rouge not Kenner was there by happenstance barely made her presence known to me or asked me how I was doing. She said I could get my macadamia nut cold brew remade but that I cannot get a refund.

I walked over from the north Kenner library, just to be disrespected and get a remade watered down version of the macadamia nut cold brew I ordered.

I usually go to the Kenner store in the morning and love the crew. They are always friendly and get my coffee order correct even if I order it incorrectly. However, I just left the store this evening very disappointed. My skinny vanilla latte was missing the vanilla or not enough was added because it was not sweet at all. It tasted like just warm milk. When I asked for the barista if something was left out, he got totally offered and told me he had fix it perfectly. I told him it was not sweet or tasted like vanilla to which he responded that he guessed he could add more syrup. He was rude and acted as though I was being unreasonable.
