Unprofessionalism off the charts. Employees not using gloves, don't acknowledge you or just look up at you when you walk in and do not speak, ear pods in, picking and choosing orders to fulfill. So I came in previously for a pickup order was not prepared even though I was there after scheduled pickup time. So I was able to can see my order being prepared, and placed in the oven. Cashier employee decided he wants to delivery a big order with a large tip before he leaves for the day. So he starts helping the pizza maker prep the remainder of this order. My order was in between the rest of the delivery order. I watched him move my food and other customers food to get access to this large order with the big tip, which he continually talked about. A customer came and complained first because he was there for curbside and no one came out and for the cashier saying he didn't see his name as he pretended to look for it at the register then pretending to look for but over looking receipts hanging right in his face, and the customer pointed out his pizza on the line while the employee was pushing both of our orders back into the oven to get the remainder of the delivery order. That's when I pointed out my name clearly on the monitor tracking my pizza, that it had been done for about ten minutes, that I had already been waiting for over 30 mins and that the pizza is probably nasty and cold. Him and the other employee complained to one another the cashier mumbled curse words as he grabbed the order and left. Pizza sat for a few more minutes the other complaining employee finally gave my pizza it was burnt, hard, dry, barley warm. Pizza was disgusting. Came in today and Mark who was one of the employees complaining last visit who is rude , disrespectful, do not use proper sanitary measures, do not wear gloves, ear pods in, looking down on his phone, long butt length hair with no hair net. Started to repeat and mock our previous in-counter with the other employees after staring me down aggressively, trying to intimidate me shaking his head storming off and coming back. After a employee working the register who was very pleasant and helpful told me my pizza was given to another customer by mistake. The customer brought it back but the box was wet because it was pouring down raining. She gave me a choice of taking the returned pizza or get it remade. I opt to get the pizza remade. The employee preparing the pizzas did not like that and asked me why I didn't want the pizza he can just change the box. I told him I did not want it because I do not know what the other customer did to the order before bringing it back. He then said he watched the customer through the window and he did nothing to it. I told him I'll rather opt for the remake. He didn't like that so he didn't want to prep my pizza so the cashier did. She told me it will be about 15 -20 min wait. After my pizza was ready Mark hands it to me I said thank you he rudely look right at me turns around and say nothing. I said thank you again this time louder he did not even turn around but unwillingly said have a good day after other employees turn around looking at him..... it was night time dark and pouring down. I will not be returning to this Domino's throughout the week ever again. I'll go to a different location or just on weekends where I have in-countered welcoming, sanitary, polite, and respectful, mature, employees. I do not recommend anyone going to this Domino's at all during the week. If you don't want to deal with horrible customer service, disrespectful, immature, unsanitary, nasty, employees that think you are an...

Harvey was the best, but he 'aged-out' and no longer works there. Lucia was at the counter this evening, and she was kind and professional, an unexpected positive in the wake of hearing about Will's departure. I am going to miss you, Will, wherever you are!
17Feb24 UPDATE: It has been a while since my last review of this location and I am OVER THE MOON pleased (and so is my family) with this locations food quality. We live over by the Dominos on Kennesaw Due West and Acworth Due West roads, and we make the trek to Will's store on Cherokee Street, Kennesaw, GA EVERY TIME as the quality is MUCH better than anywhere else. I like my thin crust pizza WELL DONE, 2x through the oven, and Will gets it right every time. I will support this location as long as Will is part of it. Will, if you EVER go anywhere else for Dominos, we will follow. I hope the owner reads this and realizes what a great manager Will is. I can only say that Harvey was the best Driver years ago, I now have the same outstanding relationship with Will as I had with Harvey for ~30 years.... imagine that, WOW! Thanks Will, you know how to contact me if you ever need a reference!
REVIEW LEFT 2022: Will, the manager, was professional and kind for my order today and that helps me come back again. While not every interaction at a store is the best it can be, over my 30+years of doing business at the Kennesaw, Georgia Cherokee Domino's Pizza shop, this one of the more positive...
Read moreNEVER AGAIN will I visit this Dominoes. I placed an order online and when I went into the store to pickup my order, I was given the wrong pizza. I noticed because I was missing another item I ordered. The young girl at the counter asked a couple other people working and it was obvious my order was given to someone else. No big deal, I have a common name, easy mixup if you aren’t paying attention. However, instead of just remaking the order, the girl informed me she voided out my order on accident and that I would need to replace the order and pay a second time. I asked if my original purchase would be returned to my card and she assured me it would in 3-5 business days. I replaced the order and told her it was fine and I didn’t mind. Long story short, I ended up being charged twice. I was never refunded on the original charge, as promised. I started calling on 11/18 and spoke with Maya (who I believe did her job correctly) and was informed that the general manager, Will, would be calling me back. He never did. I’ve called 3 additional times and each time was told that the G.M would be calling me back, but that never happened. Finally on the 5th call, I was told by the female answering the phone that I would have to dispute it with my bank. Seriously?! No one ever apologized or tried to fix this issue. I see now why this Dominoes has such negative reviews, considering their general manager can’t even do his job properly.
On top of the lack of customer service, the food was about as bland as one could get. Go ANYWHERE else for pizza other than...
