This has been my favorite location for 3 years but today was the worst experience by far. mistakes happen I do not usually worry about a mistake here and there especially during rush, but you folks need to remember we are paying money for our food items. We got three burgers and two fries in the drive thru and was asked to pull forward. cool no problem but we sat there for almost ten minutes while 5 other cars got there food. I checked the bags saw all the right burger boxes everything looked good. The box to my burger was correct but the burger itself was not correct. Being hormonal and really craving what I ordered we went back. I was a little upset to wait so long and not get what I ordered. I should have just ate the dang burger it was an absolute waste of time to return. I got an eye roll and told it was a 3 min wait. I waited another ten minutes to realize that they forgot me and my burger was sitting there cold. While my husband is waiting in the car. Now our entire order is cold at this point. I am not sure if it's shame on you or me, because I should have known better than to trust that a fast food restaurant in this area would actually take pride in their customer service. If so I have not found...
Read moreWe got a QP Deluxe without the mayo on it and chicken nuggets. They charged us for the hot mustard. We ask for a packet of mayo and a knife. We split the burger in two. I don't like mayo and she does. They wanted to charge us for both a packet of mayo and knife. Despite the facts that 1) it would have cost them to put mayo on the burger to begin with which they didn't have to do, and 2) utensils are available in the stores for dine in customers without charge (at least breakfast).
We have never run into this at any McDonald's restaurant in the Tri-Cities. This is the first time. It will be the last time. If this is a new policy of Adams Enterprises at McDonald's restaurants throughout the Tri-Cities, then we are done with McDonald's. We will never go back to any of their restaurants. If it is a policy of this one restaurant, we will never go back to that one. We spend $800-$1000 a year at McDonald's restaurants. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area that will not ridiculously nickel and dime...
Read moreSo I am not a fan of McDonald's to begin with but this experience is just not right. First of all they have replaced people with machines. You order from a machine and then someone brings it out to you. My order was missing all sorts of things and I'm not the only one. There was literally a line of people trying to get the things that were missed on their order. I understand that mistakes happen but come on no one has to take an order they have to read off a screen and put it on the tray. In the dining room there is a broom and dust pan asking people to clean up afterwards. I'm not against cleaning up after my kids but you aren't taking orders and you want $15 an hour I think the lobby should be cleaner than ever with the free time that is opened up by not actually having to deal with the customer. What is this world...
