Awesome service, drinks, and food from this Starbucks location. We had spent some long hours on the road and their drive up window was definitely worth stopping through. Their workers were very bright and attentive in taking our order and friendly as we picked up our food and drinks! They live up to service with a smile and everything we ordered was good. I had the turkey & basil pesto panini which was delicious and tasted freshly made. My boyfriend's caramel frappe and my matcha green tea latte both tasted perfect and true to their flavor and proper temperatures. This location is a good representation of the Starbuck's brand and is convenient for getting back onto the highway as well.

Came here to buy a ice cloud mocha and a gift card I paid waited like 20 minutes just for them to try to give me a hot chocolate wrong coffee I told them thats not what I ordered or whats on my receipt they said we don't make that coffee anymore I told them why would they sale me a coffee they don't make anymore and have me wait 20 minutes the manager magan said sorry about that I will give you a refund well you kinda have to because you don't have the coffee I order i ask for corporate number all she said yeah its on the door somewhere not sure but I don't think this is professional from Starbucks well last time I come to this store for sure check the time frame on my receipt

The attendant was kind and relatable, but the location was understaffed. I had to repeat my order a number of times, they didn't quote the prices of items neglected to be shown on the Drive-Thru menu (Hot Chocolate), and included only one small straw which we had to request on our own. I had to share the straw with my daughter and father. The straw was so small that it fell into the drink below the whip cream I requested not to have. On more than one occasion the attendant apologized for continuing to have a conversation with another attendant.

The people that work here are absolutely wonderful. We came in close to closing time and they still had nothing but smiles and great attitudes towards us. I had been struggling to find a place that could make a coffee like the ones I get back home and had mentioned my struggles to the gentleman that took my order. He explained what he thought was the miscommunication that could have happened when I had ordered my drinks else where and he took the time to not only explain it to me but wrote it down for me so that I could order it anywhere and they should know what i was talking about without any problems. He then handed me my drink and asked how it was and it was good but still not what I had been looking for so he told me to hang on he had an idea and he went back a made me something completely different that he thought that I would like based of what I had told him I was looking for and it was wonderful!! The same problem every Monday morning. Feb 21 was no different and there are no excuses for this issue. Your management and POS (point of sale) system don't work together to ensure that this store is fully stocked at all times. Every monday we get the same excuse for being out of grilled cheese, no Turkey pesto sandwiches, no cheese Danish, no chocolate Danish, no nitro cold brew drink and several other requests were out of stock. Your POS should automatically anticipate consumptions and order accordingly. Start carrying the proper amount of product to support your customer base and stop running out of product. It just looks unprofessional and incompetent so stop with...
