In all honesty I did not enjoy it. I went for my birthday, asked for a tostada with light beans, they said I could put it in a shell bowl so I said I'd try it. It came and they put it on a plate the normal way instead, then the waitress whisked it away after I told her it was fine twice (she noticed when I asked for silverware to eat it with) I wanted to eat it normal. She brings it back in a tiny shell looked way smaller compared to before, my family had huge plates with rice and beans, and mine was just a salad, when before it was a nice plate of food like the rest of my family's. There was zero beans and the tiniest layer of meat at the bottom, the whole thing was entirely just lettuce and a few avocado peices. I was very disappointed. Especially because the fact my family had started eating and I had to wait after she took it away. Plus then I didn't have silverware and had to still wait. My mom hated her triple enchiladas she said the sauces were gross, and my boyfriend hated the sauce on his burrito and said it was bland. I don't know if they do kids menus with crayon type things but my toddler was also not accommodated or acknowledged as he said hi to the waitress. Overall it really put a damper in my birthday as I rarely get to go out and enjoy myself. I could've had a better taco salad at tumbleweeds. Plus it was way too loud we had a family of like 10+ sandwiched next to us cussing every other second and being very very loud that we couldn't even enjoy a conversation. Plus I didn't get a birthday dessert or anything, I thought they did that because I went with my grandmother a few years back and they did for her. I couldn't wait to get out of there anyway. I will not...
Read moreGood Mexican food, great staff, fresh made tortillas and salsa, chips and salsa to snack on, and now a special lunch menu. I've always enjoyed what I've ordered, and the fish tacos are some of the best. The salsa and tortilla bar is a nice addition.
Sadly, the new restaurant, while nicer overall than the old location, is noisier when there are a lot of customers. Since one of my groups comes here regularly for social gathering, we end up at a long table, and it's hard to hear or be heard any farther down the table then the people next to you. I keep hoping they'll add some sort of noise damping wall hangings or something.
Anyhow, I recommend Inca for enjoyable dining.
[2024-02-10] The food continues to be top rate, and it seems like they might have some new recipes or chefs in the kitchen. For instance, the Chili Colorado used to be too salty, and now it's nicely balanced and getting to be a favorite of mine.
Their Chicken specials are also really good, with the Pollo Chipotle (cream-based) being a favorite of my dining partner. It's really tasty, though just a bit too rich for me (as I'd still want to eat the...
Read moreI Went with a party of 6 for a Birthday dinner. Our waitress was friendly and provided good service, but she never introduced herself so I do not know her name.
I ordered Chicken and Beef Fejitas, The picture on the menu made it look really good (showed a Big pile of sliced meat), they tasted good but about half of the beef was badly burned, the chicken was perfect.
There was a TON of Bell peppers, and 3 very small tortillas. but not very much meat for $21, nowhere near as much meat as their menu picture showed and a heck of a lot more bell peppers. The name should be Bell Pepper 🫑 Fejitas instead of chicken and beef .
Our table was directly below a speaker with music so loud that none of us could hold any kind of enjoyable conversation, even telling the waitress our order took several tries due to the noise level. (The restaurant was not busy, only 1 other customer dining)
Over all I was not very impressed and do not plan...
