Touchstone is great! I have used them for multiple purchases. Bought my wife's engagement ring 💍 there. And this morning her diamond fell out and was lost. It was a hard and emotional morning. We got in the car drove to Touchstone and within an hour she picked out a new ring. And they will be repairing her original ring for sentimental reasons. I had been wanting to get her a new one for our anniversary this year anyways so the diamond 💎 falling out was the sign we needed to get her new one now. The ladies were beyond helpful! My wife's ring had not been off in 4 years and was on tight. They even helped us get her old ring off. The highest level of customer service around. I left feeling very confident we paid the absolute best price we would have anywhere! Very thankful for a locally owned genuinely good jewelry store with a custom jewelry maker who has been there for 22 years making one of a kind pieces. A true art!

About 2 years ago, I went to Touchstone to buy an engagement ring for an engagement that fizzled out... but that engagement ring was beautiful and we got it at a great price.

This year, just yesterday, they finished this custom wedding ring for my wife to be, Janine, and we both love the work they’ve done. The ring is undeniably amazing. We’ve even heard a friend say that the ring looks like something that was borrowed from a museum.... by far the best compliment we’ve gotten so far and we’ve consulted less than a dozen people.

Touchstone’s staff are a bunch of great people. Very approachable, very friendly, fun, and just the right amount of unrestrained goofy friendliness for anyone.

I recently brought in a pair of gold diamond hoop earrings for a clasp repair. Not only did they repair them quickly, it was also very inexpensive compared to other quotes I had received. Unbelievably, one of the earrings was somehow damaged again while in my purse between the time of pickup and a few days later, when I wanted to wear them. So I brought them back in, and not only were they repaired the very same day, but they did not even charge me for a small diamond replacement and another clasp repair. I honestly cannot remember the last time I was blown away by outstanding customer service, but I most definitely was today.
