This place is over priced and just inconvenient. Also this isn’t the ONLY case of this I found in the store. When I went all the staff seemed disinterested or on edge.

Edit: this is funny and genuinely not disingenuous.😭💀 you guys fell to the sin of pride and greed, every time I’ve come in everyone’s on edge. People constantly talk about how it’s gone hill. Maybe that’s why you guys have to get rid of one of the stores 🤷 maybe you guys should consider what your costumers hear. PS: an employee told me they were on edge in this visit ;) (from a temperament manager starting with the name C) I’ll pray for you guys 😫🫶✨🙏 also Hannah was great :D maybe you should appreciate here and give her a raise instead of breaking her back with constant training. I’m sorry but people talk and money talks if you need to flood your business with fake “disingenuous” reviews the call is coming...

My 3-Star review now has went down to a 1-Star...and i haven't left to many 1-star review either....and I'm very sure this will get the typical so sorry and will strive to be better reply like most business do. (Pick up service) i Secluded a pickup after a big yardsale, (yes) several things they couldn't take and thats understandable, the guy that showed up left several things that could have been taken to turn a profit in the store, since i wasn't around when he finished he sent me a text saying things left were not accepted, i said i will call Manager then he said he would come out Saturday..Guess what?... a no show... so talked with Manager of pick up and sent photos and he said a lot can't be taken but yes more DVD'S clothes should have been taken and he or someone would come out Monday and pick up do i can get my driveway clear..guess what ? No one showed up..I'm now done with with place.. i personally stopped shopping Community Thrift awhile back personally because i dont like paying just below retail prices for used goods, (Goodwill) the highest.....but you offered pick up so it delt with you ..I'am sure every pickup isn't this difficult with communication, i hope as you do things get better..i can provide text messages and recorded conversation...

This store is a convenient location and a nice option to have for local thrifting. The prices on housewares seemed a bit high on the items when I visited. The rows are spaced too tightly together for comfortable browsing if you come across another person, they should work on that. It was a busy time when I was there and people were not able to navigate with ease. They were playing Christian religious music loudly, so if that bothers you, you've been warned. I will check back after they get established a bit more and see if shopping is easier and more in line with...
