Spudnut Shop — Restaurant in Kennewick

I arrived there to get coffee with a friend. We were the only customers in the store. We ordered our spudnut and coffee. Then as people started coming in the employee Stopped our coffee and started waiting on them. Two of them getting large boxes of spud nuts. In the meantime, our coffee was not being made. After 20 minutes we got up to leave without coffee and her response to us was “ I can’t do both. I can’t make coffee and wait on customers at the same time. “. There was no offer to refund our money. She continued to wait on customers who were entering the store. This new place and the individuals working the counter have no sense of urgency or the concept that most people coming in for donuts early in the morning are doing so for work. I waiting 5 plus minutes when I was the only person in line for the worker to make coffee. Even after she finished the coffee, instead of trying to help me, she started cleaning instead. I had a regular glazed spudnut that I often enjoyed from the richland location, but today i triied the kennewick location expecting the same light airy spudnut donut. I did not find that same likeness at all, instead a heavy doughy comercialized taste to this one . I was really looking forward to this being of equal taste and quality as the richland locations but sadly it is not.
