This place is absolute garbage. I’ve had a maintenance order I’ve been trying to get completed for 3 weeks. I came by Friday (the first day I was scheduled to have maintenance stop by) and he changed it to Monday, and I understood. He said “for sure Monday at 3-3:30. I bring my dog all the way to my mom’s in Finley and even poke my head in the office and ask the property manager if I’m still on the schedule to have my broken dishwasher, my busted out kitchen light, and my broken exhaust fan taken care of, and she said yes. I check back in at 4 and he’s left for the day, absolutely ridiculous. This same man is the person I spoke face to face with on Friday, they just don’t care. Other than that, it constantly smells like mold from the single pane windows, there’s only AC in the living room, you’ll have to buy a unit for the bedroom. The place is INFESTED with ants, the neighbors park their cars blasting loud music in front of my unit with paper thin windows, and there no actual laundry facility. Just the tiniest washer imaginable that’s $1.50 for a 1/3 load a normal washer has. currently still living here its been really good neighbors aren't bad i always get a quick response our fridge went out one day n that same day within a hour I had a brand new fridge in they have always been really good at fixing any issue. one neighbor moved in n the first weekend they blasted music so loud my walls vibrated I had to call non-emergency to make it stop Monday morning I called n talked to management that following weekend no issues so I had a roommate n 3 months before the lease ended she ended up moving out she signed a agreement with the office lady Angelica. that although she wouldn't live on the premises she would continue to pay her rent. my ex roommate didn't write any conditions n lied about verbal agreements she made with Angelica, I took it to court for her to pay the backed up rent she owed as a agreement she and the property manager signed. I DIDNT SIGN IT! now they have been harassing me trying to tell me I need to pay it although it is not my signature on the paper.  I spoke to a Laura from billing n she refused to let me pay for the damages stating I need to pay the full balance 1,400+  or nothing. I attempted to talk to her n got no where....

I've lived here 2 years, and can tell you it's an overpriced dump. Issues that have never been addressed - leaking faucets and a toilet that constantly runs, dishwasher leaks, fridge is old and doesn't seal properly so constantly runs and doesn't keep food, on site amenities such as laundry and pool haven't been available most of my time here, loose outlets and flickering lights. I submitted one work order after another, until I was told by maintenance that they were deleting them because they were headed over, and got a call and "forgot" or that they were about to get to it, and then didn't. I was also told by maintenance that the pictures I attached to all my work orders in the app didn't save. Not to mention, a car was run into the side of one of the buildings a week ago, and they haven't even cleaned up the glass. There's zero security, lighting is horrible at night, no cameras, and property management has proven inefficient and unconcerned as long as they're getting your rent.
