My friend and I have been to Europa twice in past month. It's location is a little 'off the beaten path', one block over from Union and 27th St in Kennewick.
Food was outstanding (Chicken Piccata), true to European style dishes and flavors (I'm so thankful they've not Americanized their menu). If you prefer an Americanized meat&potatoes&corn kind of menu, this place may not be for you (Anthony's or LuLu's might be a better choice). But you would be missing out on dishes that are memorable, interesting, and oh so delicious.
Service was also outstanding. We sat outdoors on their patio with beautiful evening weather. I read other reviews and noted several mentioned slow service --- we didn't have that experience at all (but it was a week night). Service staff were dashing around at a quickened pace, checking in on our needs appropriately (it's annoying when staff is at your table every 10 mins, asking if you need anything, but Europa was timed 'just right'). Staff was also knowledgeable about our menu questions, and we got exactly how we ordered items.
I moved to Kennewick 10 years ago, resident of the Canyon Lakes area. I am so pleased to see great upscale restaurants coming to this part of town. If you're craving food and atmosphere far from the Americanized status-quo, try Europa.
I only take the time to write extensive reviews for businesses that I'm really impressed with.
Edit 12/28/2023: been to Europa many times since my original review. I'm compelled to let other customers know about the CARAMEL CRUNCH dessert cake. All I can say is ' Oh-My! ' to die for twice over.

Read moreMy family and I went here recently so my husband and I could celebrate our anniversary. We always love trying out new restaurants even more so since we are new to the Tricities area.
We visited on a Thursday night when they opened so it was not too busy (there were 5 in our party). We had to wait a couple minutes to be seated as tables were put together for us. It started to pick up as we were leaving so reservations, especially for a large party, would be recommended.
Their menu may be small but it was perfect for my family! For anyone with kids, you understand how challenging it can be to find a restaurant that everyone can agree on. As an appetizer, we ordered the herb and cheese flatbread. For our meal, we had cheese ravioli, fettuccine alfredo (x2), kids pasta with alfredo sauce, and kids pasta with marinara sauce. I also ordered a glass of the Terra Blanca Riesling. And, since we were celebrating, we had to order dessert and had the tiramisu and chocolate bomb. My kids devoured the dessert and flatbread! The kids’ meals have big portions and are decently priced ($6) so we had to take home leftovers. Their meals also come priced with a drink and since my daughter just had water, our server did not charge us extra when my 15 year old son ordered a root beer.
Overall, we had a pleasant experience! Service was great, food and wine were delicious. This was our first time and it definitely will not...
Read moreWhat a magnificent place to eat!!
Let’s start with the atmosphere, the place is small, but yet, very cozy. There’s a nice patio which I imagine is amazing on warm days.
They have live music, sometimes, which enriches the romantic atmosphere.
The food... oh my God! Is perfect! You know you’re eating an original dish when it takes your senses to that country.
I love Spanish food, I know exactly how Spain tastes, and this is how. Amazing!
The service: Spectacular!! My waiter was an amazing host, very attentive, polite and nice, and he turned out to be THE OWNER! He brought my husband’s birthday to another level, he sang for him and we requested some other Spanish songs that he performed with so much passion and enthusiasm. Thank you for that!!
Since the first time we went there, this is our favorite place to go and we’ll continue enjoying this amazing good.
Tips:
Make your reservation with anticipation, the place can get packed! And it’s obvious why.
My favorite is the Paella!! My husband’s the pasta with the chicken chorizo. And don’t forget to order the wine!
After you finish eating, tip well, they deserve to continue in the business and when something is good, we have to recognize it.
And don’t forget to recommend this place.
BTW: I don’t work here and I don’t know anybody who works here. I just think this place is amazing and I...
