We came in just before 5 p.m. on New Year's Eve and placed a carryout order at the bar. A couple came in about 10 minutes later, sat next to us, and placed their order to eat at the bar. They received their soup right away, followed immediately by their egg rolls. Meanwhile, we sat and waited for our order of egg rolls, fried rice, and egg foo young. During the time we sat, Willie, his brother, and a waiter all asked to see our check number, but nobody gave us an update on the progress of our order. The couple next to us received their entrees, and we still sat waiting. After about 30 minutes, another couple arrived and sat on the other side of us. They ordered at the bar, and again, their soup and egg rolls came up quickly. At 40 minutes, we inquired about how much longer for our order. Willie shrugged and told us, "you're #103, and we're only on #95, so another 10-15 minutes AT LEAST". No apology, just a dismissive wave, and he walked off. After a few more minutes, we told Willie that we couldn't wait anymore. He actually took our $40 and then lied to us that the people around us had phoned ahead. We paid $40 and received NOTHING. Willie didn't offer our money back, didn't offer to check on our order, and didn't offer to do anything to make it right. That's not how his parents ran the business, and it's sad that $40 is now worth more than keeping a lifelong customer. We will not be...

Read moreSeriously I thought the food was the best in town but today it was the worst service I had. I put in order thru Door Dash for pick up not deliver mind you I have done this before thru Door Dash with no problem at all. I got a text confirming they received my order so when I went to pick it up and walk to counter at first the Owner didn't acknowledge us then when he finally notice us he stated they never received anything from me. Then claim that they don't get paid thru Door Dash. Then one of their servers stated they received the order just they never made the order. Then they tell to come between 10 to 15 mins so that they can make the order. But when we return it was never done and then owner just started getting very rude and loud about a Door Dasher already came to pick it up which once again I informed them it was a PICK UP ORDER NOT A DELIVERY ORDER. The owner was just putting the blame on Door Dash. Instead of admitting it was a their fault. I say it easy to blame others then owning your own fault. Nasty owner never will I trust them.
