My experience at this store was subpar. I asked The guy at the front if they only sold shoes or if they did trades/buys, and I was told they didn't because of the volume of shoes they had which is fair. But while I was still in the store, someone came in with pair of shoes they wanted to sell and the store ended up buying them mind you I have shoes that are dead stock (have never been worn). That left me confused and honestly a bit disappointed — it felt like I wasn’t told the full truth. I was ready to spend more, but for me, honesty and transparency go a long way when it comes to doing business. Just sharing my experience in hopes it helps improve communication...

I've bought over 20 pairs of shoes from Tommy, and everytime has been a better experience than the last. I once told him my brother's (who passed away in 2019) favorite shoe and how much it would mean for me to get my hands on a deadstock pair, and within 2 weeks he had the exact pair I wanted on his wall. He had them listed for $450 but because he knew what they meant to me, he gave them to me for $375, and I'll NEVER forget that transaction.
