We tried to visit on a warm 90° weekend and it was too crowded to find parking. We ended up going on the Friday afternoon before Labor Day, when the weather was in the 80's.. There weren't many people there and everyone was spread out. There is a walkway that takes you closer to the water. This was nice because the sand is very soft and hard to walk in. Although I will say there's definitely room for improvement of food & live entertainment like the beach in Racine, I'm still grateful for all the improvements made recently. I look forward to the many years of memories my family...
