Stopped this morning about 8am. Waited while the male worker finished taking care of the person in front of me. When he finished he finally took my order for a single drink and then he proceeded to take orders for 4 more people in line behind me. He then went on to prep and make sandwiches before he ever started my drink. I waited at least 15 minutes for him to finish my drink which was supposed to be easy ice only to receive it with extra ice(the cup was packed full of ice) in it. I stated it was suppose to be easy ice and he says it is. Not sure how he could even think it was. When I got home like 5 minutes later I removed most of the ice and was left with less than a quarter of a glass of liquid that still had ice in. This is not the first time this has happened and I was trying to be considerate to all the people behind me and if I didn't need to get back home I would have demanded that he remake it. Customer service is so lacking at...

Went to Starbucks yesterday afternoon between 2:30 & 3 pm after grocery shopping. The young girl that was by the cash register when I walked up to counter was on the phone. She was asking someone on phone when they worked & then said to someone that was behind me at a table when the person was working. I am standing there waiting to be waited on & she keeps talking on phone & to other person in store. She clearly had to of saw me right in front of her but didn't care to wait on me. I finally left. I will take my business else where. Obviously this Starbucks has workers that do not care about...

Nice place but no drive through. You have to go into the grocery store to access it. Not as many side items like cookies, brownies as other Starbucks have. Biggest disappointment is that they always put chocolate shreddings on cold or hot frappuccinos...but now they said they charge extra for them! When you're already paying high dollars for a good "fancy" cup of coffee, I think especially in today's economy that it nonsense and greedy to charge extra for some little thing like that when it's been free for...
