I just want to reach out to the owner of the facility to let you guys know I usually donāt write reviews but this morning as I pulled up to the window usually to get my coffee, the woman with blonde hair around 5:08am that helped me was terrible. She claims she was the manager on duty. Had a black sweater hair down. I greeted her smiled and everything went well, as soon as it came to paying for my food I had asked her politely to punch in my number for my rewards. The day before a different barista was able to pull my account information and paid my food using my gift card balance on file. The woman this morning confirmed my account information and even acknowledged that I had enough to cover for my food she rung me up for. My issue is that she states she couldnāt use my credit balance on file to pay for my purchase that I would need the actual physical card because she states anyone can pretend to use another customers number to pay for their food. Just a heads up, I never had any issue from any big foot Java facility that denied me from paying with my own credit balance on my account until this morning. So I pulled out my phone and showed her in the iPhone settings where you can find your own telephone number I showed her proof it was me and still she told me she couldnāt use it even after Iāve verified my telephone number, the name on the account and showed her my actual phone. She claims sheās the manager on duty and she is, I hope the owner follows up with this. If you canāt honor using customers own credit balance on file then whatās the use for opening up an account and putting money into it? I gave my name and telephone number and also showed her my iphone. Tbh, I felt she did not want to help me as soon as I pulled up. She was rude and not approachable. As soon as I showed proof of my mobile number she didnāt have anything to say so she gave me my food and slammed the window. Is this acceptable? Iāve never run into a situation from a coffee shop that I love until now....

I went this evening around 7 PM to pick up an order for DoorDash in the instructions It says if there are cars in the drive-through walk up, this is due to a long car time as some people have stated Iāve sat in this line for 45 minutes plus while the girls in there are giggling and talking to their boyfriends that are sitting in the line making them look busy. I walk up and Iām greeted with somebody with a horrible attitude and a mean look on their face telling me before, I could even say anything that they donāt take walk-up orders when I tell her, Iām there to do a DoorDash order she turns to a blonde haired girl with her hair in a bun and tells her Iām here for a DoorDash for this girl to give an equally mean look while rolling her eyes at me saying it doesnāt matter we still donāt do walk ups. I kindly try to show her my phone where it says in the instructions I have to walk up she rolled her eyes at me and said well there is no cars in the line to which I go around and there is three cars on one side and two on another do better if you are that miserable working somewhere, get a job somewhere else and donāt take your bad attitude out on people that are just trying to do their job as a previous employee of Bigfoot. I know this behavior is not tolerated so how this bad attitude is allowed at this location along with their slow car time. I have no idea. Sorry to whoeverās order i cancelled i would try Dutch...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCame with my boyfriend and dog on a Saturday morning, we were excited to have found this store closest to our house, as it's our closest stop for drinks. We were served by Sierra, whom messed up our drinks, and didn't offer to have us put our rewards number in. We're regulars at Bigfoot, so I know it's not a big deal, and you can claim your drink through the app with your receipt. But when we asked if we could use our rewards card to get our drinks on there, we handed her the card, she swiped it, said nothing came up, took our phone number quite rudely, by waving her hands at us while we were speaking, then repeated the number back to us and said she couldn't find it. Which makes zero sense because we literally used this card yesterday and everytime we go. Hopefully we run into someone else next time because honestly we don't want to go back, but don't want to drive 15 minutes to Auburn to get good service. BigFoot drinks are a little more expensive than independent coffee stands, so I would assume maybe the customer service would be there, but no. On top of that, the girl standing at the other window had her hand wiping all over her butt while she was talking to the customer at the window. So maybe pay attention to he fact there's glass window surrounding your store and everyone can see you, as well as the fact some people may know more about drinks and your own company than you.
