5/10 Food truck is located next to a gas station with access to open seating. Service was great even when speaking on the phone they were very polite and kind had my order ready within 10minutes. The food, the lengua tacos were weak in flavor meat was really chewy and not tender at all, they had been topped off with onion but no cilantro, tortilla was soggy from all the grease it had absorbed and just not an enjoyable taco. The quesobirria was 4/10, meat was super flavorful and tender amazing texture overall great flavor heres the downside the tortilla again was to soggy and not crispy enough for a quesobirria. Exploring the suburbs of Seattle, Kent area, I needed gas...this was at the higher-end of the scale when we were just kicking up our heels around the area. We always like to get out and see how people are living. Gas was at the nation's premium prices. I knew it, but I resolved to see what was around town. If you're thinking ROSS or TJ MAX, then you have guessed it. My Loving Sweetheart would never travel to an area without visiting or exploring the 10th and 11th Wonders of the World. Best Mexican Food truck I’ve ever been too honestly. Their birria has the best flavor, taste like somebody granny made it, it’s also consistent in flavor too. Tacos are super flavorful, to be honest most taco trucks have no flavor we just eat it cuz it’s convenient but I promise this truck got the flavor thing down to a T. I’m suprised they havnt opened a Resturant. I’m going to try everything on the menu eventually. & the lady who works the window is always happy and smiling, she explains what the food means and what’s in it.
