Every time we get invited to an event here, we feel hesitated to even come. The food quality is horrendous! Why are there large chunks of ginger in everything?! Why is the butter chicken’s and malai kofte’s curry so thin? Not only that, they’re notorious for their freezer burned ice cream which they serve every event. How are you still burning ice cream when you have so many events in which you serve ice cream each time? The ras malai has no flavor or essence. It’s just rough sponge balls floating in whipped cream. They have no variety when it comes to catering to their clients and they always give minimal efforts. With how the food looks every time, you can tell they reuse the left overs for the next event. I can assure you, as soon as you get home your stomach will start hurting. Please improve your service because this is not reputable.
UPDATE: The way you responded is clear you don't know how to take constructive criticism and advice. This is extremely unprofessional and horrible for someone who's trying to run a business and is insulting his potential clients. All you could've done was analyzed and positively responded with a difference in your food quality yet instead you attack your customers instead of self evaluation. You called me a loser but act like the real loser with how you're so hurt about a constructive review. Matter of fact, you're saying this is a irrelevant fake review, then how would you explain all of the other one star reviews? Are you going to call them all fake reviews too because the reviews are speaking for themselves on the trash quality you're giving us. You said we're broke for coming, nobody is coming for your food trust me. There's something called human decency for you to show up to an event you're invited to, AND we pay way more to the host then you charge them for plate so let's get that false accusation cleared. You couldn't pay me 1 million to come eat at your establishment. If you did use saffron and elachi powder as garnish that doesn't make my statement any less true, you're still burning your ice cream and that's a fact. Look at all of the other event halls and restaurants around yours and let me know who else has so many terrible reviews like yours does. Great job on such a immature and childish approach at something you could've used as advice and applied it to help your business thrive. Read moreAbsolutely horrific experience on what should have been an amazing day for my family. We rented out their hall and ordered food from them for 400 people which they said they could service. We had two events, one during the day and one in the evening The day started with the banquet hall not being clean so our decorator could not start for over an hour. Their staff was not there to help and our family had to come in to clean the hall we PAID for. They rented chairs to us that were not there I’m the venue. They arrived 30 minutes before the start of the event causing unnecessary stress.
The owner was verbally abusive, dismissive, disrespectful and worst of all 1. threw things when asked why certain things were not in place Raised his hand threatening to slap my sister when she said stop yelling at me, I am asking you why our service has not been what we paid for and I have a signed contract
We had minal help between the events from their team. They refused to mop the floor of their venue a saying “it’s not my job”
In the evening, owner had left for the night and the service crew was just as bad. We paid for a sit down meal with serval items including rice. They began our service without all of food items and served them to our guests in STYROFOAM plates and plastic Ute I told at our reception when we paid for plates and utensils. I asked why the rice and other food items were not being served and why we real plates were not being used, the team said, “I don’t know this is what we were given” I asked for manager and they said he isn’t here If that wasn’t bad enough, they stopped serving after 200 people and said that should have been enough for 400.

Read moreI ordered butter chicken and naan the butter chicken was not supposed to have any spice in it at all period I called an spoke to the gentleman that answered the phone and he had my order notes an knew exactly what it said with no spice at all and the naan had mold all over it I contacted Uber an they were supposed to get in touch with the bussiness and I took pictures and sent them to Uber which clearly showed the mold all over the naan they tried saying that it was burnt which wasn’t the case and the chicken I don’t know if it was good or not because I took one bite an as soon as I put it in my mouth it was burning my mouth and so I spit it out and immediately contacted Uber help an the outcome was Uber did not do there part I canceled my subscription after 6 years and there loss not mine but I’m tired of people getting away with this because of people like us not saying anything an so no one knows what happened or I get that people make mistakes but I’ve ordered 3 times and 2 times delivery and once in person and tried to reconcile an hopefully they will fix what they have to and move forward for everyone’s else’s sake good luck an God bless!!!!!
