Sadness. Horrible night for them apparently. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak Pizza. Minus one of two cheeses, and a few add ons.
Pizza arrived. Zero sauce, no cheese. Nothing but bread, meat and veggies.
Called the store. The dude who answered made my order. Kewl. He told me why there was not sauce on the, "New Philly." Wait. Nothing on the phone app said anything about, "New Philly." Nothing about choosing a sauce.
A replacement was suppose to have been made.
Thirty minutes later, nothing. Zero notifications, no one delivering. So I called the store. A young dude who could only say, "Thank you for calling Domino's." Twice. Nothing else. Answered.
Ok... Then I needed to give my number for him to look up my, "order." Previous guy didn't need it. It prompted him, but not the second dude?
Me: "so I need to wait another f* 30 minutes, because the reorder was never f* placed? No thanks. I just want to know what is f** going on."
Dude who didn't want to answer the phone: "ma'am, if your going to cuss at me, I don't have to help you."
Me: "what? That just shows me that you don't want to help me."
I hung up. It's going on 10pm on a Sunday night. WTF? Years of ordering from the same store. Always aware of tipping. Then they screw up my order and THIS happens? Get your snaz together, kiddos. Customer Service is a thing, yo. It's kind of important, and seriously lacking. UPDATE as of July 22, 2019::
This store is seriously lacking. Lacking in the customer service department, lacking in honorable management. The store allowed a driver to not make a delivery to an apartment "number" that didn't have an actual number. The units are labeled per character, not numbers. I missed a call from the driver. Which is funny... directions on how to deliver is within my profile. Lame. Anyhoots, I attempted to callback and was sent to voicemail. Twice. Called the store. The person who answered the call, clearly didn't care , and was lacking a valid reason as to why a delivery was not made. I requested to speak to a manager. That was a joke. She insisted on interrupting me, which showed that she didn't care about me as a customer. Then had the nerve to tell me she told me something, after I asked a question.
Nothing but careless people running this store on Russell Road. Which is very sad. The store was once very impressive. Something has changed. District manager? Store managers? Owners? Sad. No one really cares at this store anymore. It's the people working there who will close it down. I have walked into the store before and listened to crew members talk badly about a customer, and openly admitted to cancelling future orders to this customer. Zero stars for zero cares. This store doesn't even earn the one star that Google is making, yes making me, choose. I would prefer to leave no stars.
Don't bother reaching out to me, Domino's. The last time someone reached out from the store, they didn't even know why I was calling. Only that I left a review on Google.
Not worth the time. Service 100% sucks. Boo.
Update July 23rd: They charged my card for an order that wasn't delivered. To the apartment with no number, but characters instead. I was told by the store manager that my card would not be...
Read moreWORST SERVICE EVER! I have ordered pizza from this location numerous times for my bar in Kent (Bubba’s Place). Tonight I ordered 2 large pizzas for my pool teams because I was out to dinner. They took my credit card number twice claiming they made a mistake the first time. At 6:06 I was told about 30 minutes. At 8:35 still NO PIZZA! I called, they didn’t know what happened. I asked to speak to a manager. I got Katie, and she’s rude as heck. She kept saying they don’t deliver to 84th Ave S. I explained yes they did and she just got ruder. This woman shouldn’t work anywhere! Rude, obnoxious, and hateful. I said I’d like to talk to the actual manager of the business, and she said she couldn’t give out his name. She continued to be rude, and extremely obnoxious. I unfortunately finally said, “so you don’t care that you f’d us over?” She then said that’s it and hung up. I honestly believe she wanted to push me to that moment. I had her on speaker phone and my two friends were both shocked at how rude she was from the moment she came on the phone. She actually said we don’t deliver there and we never have. But they have several times. I asked why, if they’ve stopped they didn’t tell me. She answered I don’t know; I didn’t take your order. This woman shouldn’t be a manager. I will NEVER order...
Read moreIf I could give a zero review I would. This is the absolute work run business I have dealt with in a long time! Tried to place a large order over the phone (using a gift card because you can't place an order online with a gift card) for our office. Provided the person with the order and gift card (Caleb, who is apparently a supervisor). We realized there was additional money on the card so asked to add an extra pizza. When Caleb added the extra pizza he then ran the card for the entire amount again and told me the $100 gift card had a balance of $9.60. I asked if he had already ran the card and he said he had not. Had to cancel the order. Called later to talk to another supervisor (Kyla) and was advised that she needed to speak with HER supervisor. She said she would call me back in an hour. The next day I called again and asked to speak a higher up manager and was advised that they can't give me that person's info. Left all of my info and have yet to receive a refund, a call or any sort of reimbursement for my 40 minutes of talk/hold time with the 2 'supervisors'. If anyone knows how I can actually reach someone to file a complaint I would appreciate the info! This wasn't a 5 or 10 dollar mistake...it was $90.40! And I can't even get a call! Absolutely no way to...
