The rudest service ever! You’re getting done star because had to select one. It seriously is NO stars. The host waived to let know table/seat is available. After we sat brought menu and never returned till 30-40 min later. I took noticed at all service the host walked catered to with that kind level of service was to primarily people of Chinese/Vietnamese customers as they were conversing were served first even if they came after. The courtesy and consideration insight, where as I was no where near sight or not even extended that kind of courtesy. After 30 minutes of waiting to be served I noticed the people that came after us was immediately served their food. In witnessing the level of kindness, conversation and level of attentiveness. I felt like I didn’t belong or got an opportunity to receive such a service and felt in my opinion bias in the way of treatment. They serve the ones after, gave out other peoples food before even though we had very similar plates. The people who came after us ordered something similar but harder to make and it came out way before us. I finally walked over to the host to place our order after sting about hour 1/2 to and seeing good reviews. Too late to leave. after no one never come to our table or come by and ask if we’re ready as like he did to the neighboring tables. It was evident. So I got up preceded to the front desk to place my order. He asked me, are you ordering to go I said No we have been waiting to order pointed to table. He ask what would you like to order? I replied with the # of dish and pho noodles. He preceded to say, ok I know would you like pho noodles or rice noodles? Replied, Same thing. So, why would you ask that. Simply put they didn’t want to serve me. The food took forever... and the experience was terrible. So terrible that even the food tasted awful. I will never return to this establishment where the way you are served is by way of your appearance, skin, or whatever you would call it bias awkwardly uninviting restaurant. It left a very distasteful and awkward experience and a feeling...
Read moreSadly I have to give this place a bad review. Over the last ten years, this has been a go to for my family for eggs noodles in the south end of king county but I think the food is not as good as it used to be...despite that, I still come here to get some wonton noodle soup or mi vit tim..
However, this last experience killed this place for me. I walked into the restaurant and there were flies everywhere probably because someone left the back door open. The lady even yelled at one of the waiters to shut the door and that flies would scare customers away but no one did anything..as I sat at the table, flies landed on the chairs, utensils, sauce containers..I just can't...
I paid and promptly left..the cashier (same lady complaining about the flies) asked if everything was ok, I just looked at her with a "are you serious" look" and left.
I know this might not be an everyday thing and they seem like they are trying..I just lost confidence in their restaurant and it may take a while for me...
Read moreThe customer service here was so bad. They have a wait list and a line for customers to get in but that is like a joke to them. They just grab any customers they want and don't care about the customers in line. I had this bad experience with a waiter here. And some groups of customers were super impolite. They came and went straight into the restaurant, pretended they didn't see someone had come before them. The weird thing here was the waiter still accepted them. They talked to each other in Chinese. I thought they'd come before me at first but then I'm sure at least the last customers came after me because I talked to them and even showed them how to sign in on the wait list but they didn't want to do them that. But the waiter still let them go in and took no notice of my presence. I gave up after 40 mins waiting and decided to let them know that but the waiter even didn't apologize. He laid the blame on the impolite customers. Ok fine, they don't want customers other than Chinese....
