I came here for the first time hoping to enjoy a simple order of bread and Vietnamese iced milk coffee, but left very disappointed. The service was poor from the start — the young man who took my order looked angry and unfriendly, making the whole experience uncomfortable.

As for the coffee, it was honestly the worst Vietnamese iced milk coffee I've ever had — bitter, unbalanced, and far from what it should taste like. Considering how expensive everything was, the quality and service did not match the price at all.

I have always gotten doordash from this place. Everything is always fine. However, My first time visiting the store was not good. Service was not the best. Environment was not very welcoming. The person taking our order wouldnt let us finish ordering. He kept just asking to pay and I just kept saying I am not done ordering. The sandwich was good. I got the #11, which was $8.50, and then I was charged $.50 for using a credit card. So after tax, this is a $10 banh mi (9.91 to be exact). Again, the sandwich was good, but I can't say it's worth the cost. There are so many good places in the area that can offer a banh mi similar in quality that do not cost $10.
