The store that we visited posted a sign stating they were going to close early (02:00pm) due to lack of personnel. We arrived at 01:30pm, so we made our order. That particular store also closed their walk-in customer lobby...so the only way to get your "Taco Craving" satisfied - means you order and pick-up via the Drive-Thru only, and before they closed up for the day. This is the "new normal" that we must abide by... it's NOT the fault of the workers, it's NOT the fault of management, and it's NOT the fault of the store franchise owner. So put yourself in the shoes of the personnel that you deal with...how would you handle yourself if you had to deal with "Self-Entitled" jerks that think what is happening in the retail world, is everyone else's fault, and how dare you interrupt their ability to get what those people want at anytime they want it and want it without any delay... The experience was what I expected, we ordered, got served promptly, and everything we ordered was given to us...and yes, the hot foods of our order were freshly off the grills and fryers and were hot... All-in-all, we were served promptly in a friendly manner and the food rated above what we expected... My thanks go out to the personnel who kept the store open as long as possible in order to serve good food to...
Read moreColdfood. I visited this location and as soon as I drove out of the drive-through, I went to bite into a Mexi fry and found they were cold. They were cold to the taste and cold to the touch. I don’t know if they sat out too long or if they weren’t cooked long enough, but they were cold. Interestingly, this place is supposed to have fresh ingredients. There was not a long line In the drive-through. My wait time was literally a minute. I had to pull back around to the front and walk inside it took the staff a moment to acknowledge me and I let them know my food was cold. Any other time, they claim to have the freshest ingredients and that has been the case at other times that I’ve visited, but not the case on this day. Between TacoTime and Taco Bell, I would obviously to TacoTime. My meal look like it was slept together and just did not look appetizing at all. Not impressed. They definitely do not take pride in presentation....

This was the worst Taco Time I’ve ever had, My pinto bean Tostada salad had puddles of grease at the bottom of the box, the pinto bean crisp burrito was almost like rubber it was so old. My husbands Chicken Crisp Burrito had no cream cheese in it which mean it was probably made and had been sitting there for a while. The Mexi-fries were cold and old. I spent $36 and did not finish a single item I bought tonight. All of it was disgusting. I won’t be going back to that one. Horrible.
I’ve worked at Taco Time before and this is such a bad experience that if it was my boss she would pull us all to the back and talk with us about what went wrong. That is how bad this order was. I will be looking up the District Manager and...
