First experience: Unprofessional and disappointing customer service. I walked in and wasnāt greeted at all. The employee who made my smoothie didnāt say a single word throughout the interaction and left a noticeable amount of smoothie in the blender and it tastes like nothing. When I pointed it out, she didnāt acknowledge or seem to care. To top it off, she placed the drink next to the blenders instead of the usual spot to the right facing the cashier, so I had to reach over to grab it myself. Overall, not a great experience. Second experience: September 17th @ 7:09 I come here pretty frequently, this location, the other kent location and tukwilla. This one is by far the worst customer service. I ordered a 16oz mango mania with and extra scoop of protein that I pay extra for and so much smoothie was leftover in the blender I kindly asked for the rest as im not getting the full scoop if I dont. I was told no because people kept asking for the rest so I requested again, no way at all to get the rest? Whats the point in paying extra? If you cant make it to the size of the cup you shouldn't charge extra they're stealing from customers at that point. The one in tukwilla the owner makes it to exactly 16 oz when I pay extra for protein and its more expensive there but the quality you get and customer service is the best. Don't waste...

So, today I asked the guy who was working if itās possible to get my smoothie a little thick and explained how my previous one was really runny. Told me heāll add extra ice and itāll take away from the flavor, which was fine with me I just didnāt want to keep paying for a smoothie I can drink in less than 5 min because itās so runny which has never happened to me with any of the other smoothies Iāve gotten. After he made the smoothie his response was āhere you go I made it as thick as I could without breaking my blenderā to me Iām not sure if it was a joke or he was commenting on the fact he had to do a little extra. Whatever the case Iāve never dealt with him before and it kind of made me uncomfortable as if it was an issue asking him to do what he did, when Iām the one paying for a smoothie and the other employees have never made comments they at least apologize for my previous experience or ask before I leave if my smoothie is okay.
