The staff is always very friendly and calls me by my name. My complaints are:
1)The lobby closes at 5 (used to be 4) while the drive thru stays open til 7. I just wish the lobby stayed open til 7, too.
2)There are 2 only sets of wall outlets that really work, by the windows. The benches across from them all HAVE both regular plugs&USB plugs built in (2 sets of each per bench), however, all of the regular plugs on the benches, while they DO work, they only work if you physically hold the plug in place, otherwise they just fall out. And this is the case for EVERY SINGLE bench plug! The USB plugs on all the benches DO work, but I believe they are all only 5V1A, which means they are VERRRRRY SLOW at charging devices.
3)They are constantly BLARING Beyoncé, whom I personally CAN NOT STAND!!! There are a TON of other far more talented artists out there, switch it up sometimes! In fact, something less mainstream pop-culture and more instrumental or ambient would be preferred, like maybe just some chill Lo-Fi. I have Autism&ADHD&OCD&anxiety, so music with lyrics, ESPECIALLY when it's LOUD, makes it VERY difficult to concentrate.
5)The bathroom mirror and sinks are OUTSIDE the restrooms, where everybody can see you.
6)None of the chairs have those felt thingies on the legs, so the chairs scrape the floors quite loudly when they're being moved. I've honestly contemplated sneakily adding felt myself over time, one leg at a time...😜

When I say I’m a HUGE Starbucks fan, I means I’m a huge supporter! Probably spend more here than I should 😂 But today was a huge set off for me… I ordered a drink I always order ( never had issues before!) I come to the line and my drink has ice when I said” no ice please” but what ticked me off is the barista tried to argue with me like I don’t know what ice looks like… I find it so tasteless when someone wants to argue with a customer when there’s literally no point.. I drive off as I didn’t have time to wait for my drink to be remade. But it gets better.. I called the store to speak with a manager, and I start talking with someone then someone else comes on the phone abruptly claiming to be the manager - she cuts me off talking to tell me that the barista had explained to me that my drink can’t be made without ice. I tell her there was no mentioned of that at all - just tried to say I didn’t have ice in my drink..Then the manager proceeded to raise her voice at me which is so uncalled for and completely not professional.. I’ve gone to this location several times as it’s on my way and never had any issues.. I absolutely love Kooper and he truly has the heart! Great representation for the brand.. But after today I sadly won’t be returning as I will not tolerate the disrespect… I hope upper management can train staffing on how to speak with customers and...

Also employees do not know how to make their drinks. Every time I have gone there, they do not make my drink correctly like all the other Starbucks. I either get a sweet cream cold brew very light sweet cream or a iced passion tea lemonade light lemonade. Every time I have ordered those drinks they never listen to the light lemonade or light sweet cream. ITS SO SIMPLE. I find the sweet cream cold brew to be absolutely disgusting when they overdo the sweet cream. It’s so thick that you can’t even taste the coffee. I have thrown away all of the coffees I have paid for here. They put more sweet cream than other Starbucks when I don’t even ask for light cream. Actually at the other two I don’t even have to ask because they just make the drink properly; however at this location I learned to start asking for light SC and they still put way too much every time. THERE IS ONLY SUPPOSED TO BE A SPLASH in the original recipe, yet I always end up with a blonde drink from here. The other Starbucks that I frequent are pretty consistent between both, so I will go there. Never had a bad drink at those places.
Not worth a long wait for an overpriced drink incorrectly made that will be thrown out 9/10 times. Its a shame because if they would have made the drinks correctly I’m a daily buyer and this is the closest one to my house lol. But like I said,...
