(Second update) YOU ARE BACK!! THANK YOU! With the renovation and change in staff and management this location is back to it's former glory!! I love a redemption story, you guys are back! The fries have been fresh! The burgers (while not perfect) have been fresh and well topped. Thank you to who ever saved this Wendy's! Shout out to Tyler and Gabby killing it!

(First update) I'm Fully done with this establishment. I have come here many times since I last left a review, EVERY TIME! I have been disappointed and annoyed. My food was cold, almost refrigerator cold fries. Lukewarm nuggets, and a poorly topped double cheeseburger. I will not be coming back to this establishment anytime in the foreseeable future until I know the management has changed and the place has been cleaned. I could rant on for some time about my displeasure, but I'm not going to waste my time.

(First review) This Wendy's once held a special place in my heart (TL;DR had excellent encounter with the management). However, that special place has been replaced with frustration. Going through the drive through has become a 15-20 minute endeavor! No, I that is not hyperbole! I have legitimately timed it! In addition, the food is getting worse. Getting a Daves double the other week, it looked to be made by someone who abruptly lost their sight. Everything was just "slapped" together with an absurd amount to mayonnaise. Or the other week where they straight up missed an item in my order. I say these things not out of spite, but out of a desire to see this establishment become what it once was. Waited 5-10 minutes for someone to take our order when nobody else was there inside or at drive through. The girl who took our order was impolite and kept saying she couldn’t do anything that we were asking for. Just seemed like she wanted us to leave and not order anything. We get to the window to pay were completely ignored as the workers had their back facing the window and just went on chatting and showing each other stuff on their phones. We then pulled up to the other window and the girl was completely out of it. I’m not sure if she was stoned or what she was on but she didn’t give the right amount of money back so we said something and she replied back “oh sorry, I wasn’t even paying attention”. We then waited 15 more minutes for our food and didn’t even get the correct things we asked for. She must of rang us up for bacon cheeseburgers because she said “we don’t have any bacon” when we didn’t order those burgers. At that point we didn’t say anything because everything was already taking so long. The food came out cold and tasting like it had been sitting there for hours. The spicy chicken nuggets were like card board and you couldn’t even bite through them because of how old and hard they were. The sprite had ice all the way up to the lid, I maybe got like 3 or 4 sips and it was gone because of how much she filled it with ice. Save your time and money, just go...

I never post reviews but I had to after what just happened. I have gone to this Wendy's several times and never had any issues. But today I am actually scared to eat my food. I went through the drive through and when i went up to the window there was a lot of chatter but I ignored it at first until I heard several employees yelling about how disgusting something was. It sounded like they were talking about something back there were my food was being made that something was repulsing them. The guy at the window running my card for payment closed the window a little and yelled at the other employees to be quiet about "it" as the window was open and customers could hear. I am now very concerned either my food itself is disgusting or what exactly was back where they cook food that is so disgusting multiple employees were yelling about it. Possibly they were talking about a rude customer but that is not what it sounded like at all. So I'm probably just going to throw out my food now and find something else to eat. And I will never return to...
