Just got the most oversauced chicken sandwich I've ever gotten in my life - and I'm 37 years old.
So much ranch on it that I actually am going BACK OUT to the grocery store to get fresh lettuce and bun. LAZILY put together sandwich. Can't keep the bun in it due to the amount of goop. The bun is INEDIBLE. FOR A SANDWICH THAT IS MORE THAN $5!
I worked in food service for 12 years, my wife did for over 20. We both were like "What in the world did they just serve us?!"
This is NOT a buffalo chicken sandwich. It is a RANCH sandwich. Thanks a lot. Is there NOT a friggin' guideline you all use for how much sauce you put on a single sandwich? Or are they just back there flailing it around like boys playing "swordfight" in an elementary school bathroom?

The south Arby's messed up my sandwich I had to go inside to get it fixed. They tried to make my order wrong again and made fun of having tomato only on my fish sandwich. They put very small amount of corn beef on my Ruben sandwich 🥪 😒 and very little sour kraut. Horrible experience for my first ever Reuben sandwich. Went through drive thru, the lady @ the 🦧 was very polite and also really helpful, I haven't been there in years so it was almost like a first time deal.
