Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Kentucky

When my fiancé walked in he overheard a customer in front of him ask how long he was going to have to wait. The woman working the counter said "Don't get smart with me or I'll go back there and drop your pizza on the floor and make you wait even longer". We ordered our pizza online at 7:13pm to be picked up at 8:15pm. That gave them plenty of time to have it ready. I received the tracker message that they started PREPPING it at 8:00pm. We arrived to pick it up at 8:15pm and waited almost 20 minutes after it should have already been done. Our pizza was missing toppings and I didn't ask them about it because I didn't want to have to wait even longer. My fiancé went to the counter to ask for another garlic cup and the woman informed him that it's generally 69 cents but since we had to wait so long it was on the house. Will never be going to this...

April; ordered for pickup, had free pizza on my acct but couldn't get it to work online, called the store and they helped quickly and efficiently and my order was ready when I got there. Always so polite and efficient.

3/20/23; Ordered a cheesy bread, jalapeno bacon cheesy bread, and a sausage mushroom extra cheese pizza. All great quality though it took an hour to deliver. Was not busy but possibly no driver. Love Domino's cheesy bread!

Jan 2023;Ordered a carryout online, very easy. When I got there 15 minutes later it was just finished and ready to go. The young man inside the store was very friendly and greeted me when I entered. Sorry I did not take pics of our order of a five topping pizza and their jalapeno pineapple chicken bites, both were enjoyed immensely. Will order from them again and next time...

Normally the food is good. The food today was not. The medium hand tossed pizza was too thin and had to much sauce. Like it was just thrown together. The cheese sticks had wayyyy too much cheese than normal. Both were very greasy and left my family feeling gross after eating. For the recent increase in price and the excessive cost of 5.99 for delivery fee. There should ALWAYS be napkins and plates brought with delivery. Never does that happen. Customers order pizza to avoid cooking and washing dishes. The cheese sticks should come with marinara and the lava cakes should come with the icing. Paying extra for both is rediculous. This is something that comes with these types of sides at all other pizza places. It'll be a very long time before we order from this...
