Hopefully all the bad experiences I had with this location is because this is a store that works very closely with the mentally challenged and other special needs people. I can’t be mad at a special needs person for trying! So I guess I might have to find another location that can service me how I would like to be serviced on my lunch breaks so that I can know my food will be made correctly. I have nothing about the disabled, I have something again wrong orders with clear instructions. I know special needs people take a lil longer to train and require a little more observation. Read moreI just walked out of there and saw something I've never seen at a restaurant in my life. Out of six young people behind the counter chit-chatting with each other while waiting for something to do, three of them were sitting on a counter, a food service counter. One was sitting on the counter next to the straws. This is where your sandwich will sit just before it's given to you. Another was seated on the drive through window counter. I don't know about you but I'm not confident trusting that these young guys wipe themselves well enough to not seep through the sweats they're wearing onto that food surface. And even if they have, what other bacteria have they picked up before then introducing it to that food...
Read moreWhen you place an order for delivery and then call back an hour later to ask where your food is, I'd expect at minimum an apology or some concern by management. Instead I got complete disregard and made to feel like I never placed an order. I wasnt looking for anything free, I was just hungry. The manager said "You havnt ordered from us since 2017" not "I'm sorry for whatever happened, would you still like us to bring your food?"
