Sabaidee Lao & Thai Cuisine — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

Fantastic! So happy to have Sabaidee so close to home. My wife and I like to eat in at new restaurants to get a feel for the staff and see how the restaurant operates. We arrived shortly after 11am opening on a Tuesday. The space is nicely decorated and comfortable inside. We were greeted immediately by our server, Jordan and she was quick to bring our drinks. Sabaidee is the first local restaurant we’ve seen with Lao food and in particular Pho. We ordered the shrimp rolls for our appetizer and Pho Ga (chicken) for our lunch. Jordan was very knowledgeable about all of the menu items and clearly loves the food that her family makes. The shrimp rolls were delicious and a great start, and the Pho was even better. Very traditional with fresh bean sprouts, mint and sliced peppers to add to the bowl. The Pho is the star of the show, with a great depth of flavor in the broth, the right amount of rice noodles and chicken. So good! My husband and I went here for dinner. We are huge fans of Thai cuisine and have been hoping for something to pop up in our neighborhood - such a convenient location, especially for Triple Crown folk.

The food was very good-- we had the Pot Stickers to start, then hubby had the Pad Thai, and I tried the Sweet and Sour Chicken to see how it compared to others. We both agree this is our favorite in the area.

The wait staff was very attentive and polite.

The atmosphere was clean and friendly and relaxed. We really enjoy the "hole-in-the-wall" nature of the restaurant. It feels like the type of place where you could go for both a quick little sit-down while in your shorts and tee or a nice little intimate date-night with your spouse or family.

Finally got to try the food here now that it’s open! The food was really good- I got the pepper steak and my partner ordered khao mun gai. The pepper steak had so much flavor and was fantastic. We also ordered some egg rolls and mango sticky rice for dessert. The egg rolls were super hot but fantastic and the mango sticky rice a great way to wrap up the meal. All of this food was under $40 in all. It’s a great price for the amount! The staff was pleasant here and it was easy to park! I recommend trying this place out I promise you won’t be disappointed!!
