Moses hands down one of the best little restaurants in Corbin. It is a hit or miss with a lot of people one thing that I really love about this place is they make a lot of their stuff and chop a lot of things by hand it doesn't come pre-packaged every time I went in there I've always received great friendly service I love how kind everyone is and even those that might not be so kind at first might just be having a bad day and people should give it a second chance if there's anything wrong with your order they are happy to help and make it right I have seen it done while eating as well as it happened to me myself. You get what you give and you never know what someone is going through in life as well as it's easy to miss read people and there facial expressions not everyone can smile 24 7 but that doesn't mean there mean upset or angry at you. these people I'm sure put up with a lot every day and it's not always easy to shout welcome to Moe's at the blink of an eye whenever anyone walks through any of their three entrances. It always seems like there's a new face or 2 in the restaurant so I can understand how it's easily confusing for customers when one person might not know as much about the menu and items as much as the next one. Another thing I really love about Moe's is this one spunky worker with blond hair and blue eyes that loves to sing and dance it is so fun to watch her and some of the co-workers it brings a wonderful atmosphere and young vibe to the place Thank you to Moe's employees for always making my day and giving me a good experience if you have not received a good experience I hope you go back and try it again and have a better one and if not tell the ladies I'm sure they would be happy to correct it I have worked in fast food myself I understand how difficult it can be and sometimes customers don't make it easy I hope all of those employees stay strong keep smiling and shouting...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Moe’s Southwest Grill, and I have to say it was one of the best fast-casual dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared, but what really made the visit stand out was the incredible team working there.
From the moment I walked in, Cynthia greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and a friendly “Welcome to Moe’s!” that instantly made me feel at home. She was not only efficient at the register but also incredibly helpful with menu suggestions, especially for someone like me who can be a little indecisive.
Dakota was working the grill station, and let me tell you this person knows their way around the kitchen. Every ingredient was cooked just right, and the speed and precision with which they handled each order was impressive. My burrito was packed perfectly, hot and fresh, and full of flavor.
Stacie was managing the toppings station with an eye for detail and a positive attitude that was infectious. She made sure everything looked great and tasted even better. She even double-checked my order to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Little touches like that go a long way.
And I can’t say enough about Melinda, who seemed to be running the floor and ensuring everything moved smoothly. She was clearly experienced and professional, checking in on guests, cleaning tables promptly, and keeping the whole restaurant in tip-top shape. You can tell she truly cares about the customer experience.
Overall, this Moe’s location doesn’t just serve up great food it serves up great vibes, thanks to a hardworking and personable team. Cynthia, Dakota, Stacie, and Melinda made my visit memorable, and I’ll definitely be coming back soon. If you’re looking for a place with tasty food and outstanding service, this Moe’s should be at the top...
Read moreJust left Moe’s. Waited over 30 minutes to get food and half of the toppings were out and not being refilled. The food was decent, chips were filled with oil and soggy. The girl putting the toppings on the orders stuck her hand into the jalapeño juice felt all around trying to find jalapeños for the guy in front of me. When she realized the container was empty and all that was left was juice she immediately stuck her wet hand into the lettuce. Why not use a scooper or utensil for the toppings? The place will make a ton of money once they figure out how to work efficiently. However; they need to implement the same sanitary practices...
