Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kentucky

So I just ordered a supreme with only pepperoni on half. Pretty simple right?! Wrong!! It came with supreme on the entire pizza!! I usually don’t complain but damn it man…there went my dinner because I just cannot handle the onions, g pep and mushrooms, plus it’s expensive!! So I call, not the slightest bit rude and the manager says the order didn’t come through the way I said it was supposed to and that he wasn’t going to fix it 🤯 wait…what?? I order through the app all the time, very loyal customer, have literally spent thousands there but that just killed it for me. Totally disrespectful and all I wanted was my pizza replaced. So if you order, you better hope they don’t screw up your order, they won’t listen to you and you’re stuck with their mistake!! Horrible customer service…horrible!! Goodbye Pizza Hut aaand ✌🏼 Hello Dominoes...

I've hated Pizza Hut for years. Every place I've been to has had stale crust, funky tasting sauce, cold orders, or just incorrect orders.

That being said this location is what a Pizza Hut should be! Fast delivery there's never been an issue, and the only mistake so far is they've given me an extra soda. When you request well done pizzas they're perfect. Their crust never has that highscool cafeteria taste that I've noticed a lot of fast food pizzas are starting to take on. Crust to toppings ratio is always perfect unlike a few places down the street where they give you huge hunks of crust and barely any cheese and toppings.

This location has single handedly changed my mind about the company as a whole and I wish more places would adopt whatever these...

The pizza was delivered to my work along with multiple other large pizzas, one pie was burnt pretty bad, when I called the manager he argued with me that him and his GM were on duty cooking and cutting all the pizzas and that they never sent one out burnt. He continued to tell me that I would have to contact his GM the following morning as he had left for the day. I just wanted a refund of the $10 pizza and he would not grant that as he was convinced that the pie was not burnt. I had to call and file a complaint with the cooperate office to get the refund. This branch is an absolute joke! This is despicable that a manager and General Manager are ok with sending out low quality pizza, my company will not do business...
