Came in to pick up an order for grubhub on 10/21. Made it aware that a drink came with the order. The employee had an attitude problem and slammed the empty cup on the counter. I made it clear that I am not supposed to get the drink per grubhub rules. I stood there for about 5 minutes while other employees looked at me and she was around the corner still running her mouth. Is this really how you let employees treat people? Wonder if she gives empty cups in the drive thru and tells them to come in and get it themself. Maybe the purple lipstick had all the attitude in it. I suggest not wearing it to work. I for one will never accept another Taco Bell order, doesn't matter...
Read more0 stars available? Worst experience I’ve ever had at a subway at that’s saying a lot.... considering the staff at most. I greeted the person who finally came up to the counter mad at someone and was ignored, they didn’t talk friendly to either of my daughters and left the counter 4 times for ingredients including lettuce back in the restaurant.add 12 inch sub not cut in half, and a salad with no dressing to that list... and attitude when my daughters asked for help with these things. This is the subway location closest to my house, so I would eat here at least once a week, but I can’t because they NEVER HAVE ITALIAN BREAD or even the italian herb and cheese bread...but even if they had the bread, they also NEVER HAVE MEATBALLS!!! How is it that you never have what you need to make one of your most popular sandwiches?!?!
