Kroger — Local services in Florence

This store doesn't deserve the one star I'm forced to give it. It goes to the older employees that have know how to interact with customers. I dread when I have to go here, I go out of my way to other Krogers because this place is the worst! Unfortunately I can't always to get to other Krogers and forced to go to this one. Never fails that you can't find anyone working in the store to ask for help so you have to go up to the check outs or customer service. If you do find someone they get annoyed when you ask them anything. Whoever is in charge of putting the sale tags up,can't seen to get the job done. Stockers must just sleep in the back because shelves are in need of being stocked, the ones that are stocked they must just put things were ever because lots of things are In the wrong places. One day I watched a girl putting unwanted items back on shelves,she stood for about 5 minutes trying to figure where a can of chili went,when another worker walked by ask what she was doing and she said she couldn't find the spot,he grabbed it from her hands and shoved it In a spot and said now it goes there.In October they were out of sugar for almost 5 weeks, whoever does the ordering apparently don't show up for work. They don't have the variety and selection like other Krogers. The teen baggers stand looking bored and bothered they have too do something or busy chatting and just throwing stuff in bags, you have to go redo everything at your car so the soft stuff isn't squished by the cans they threw it in the bag with. I had to run there today of course dish soap for the sale was in the wrong place, someone stocked one in the wrong spot that wasn't a sale one. I searched the store for help,ended up front were the uscan girl told me the price would show up when I'm scanning my item I would know the price then and if it's on sale, I shouldn't have to check out in order to find out a price!! The pharmacy is great and the store is looking great with the updating, maybe they will get some more employees and train the ones they have. I've never came across a store I dreaded having to go in,...

EVERY single time we order from Kroger for pick up (which has easily 10 times at least) half the items on the list are missing and they still charge us for everything. It’s not even just this Kroger it’s pretty much every single one we’ve ordered from in the NKY area but this one’s the worst. They don’t tell us about the missing items so we don’t find out until we’ve already gone home. Like.. surely you can see that the 4 small bags you gave us doesn’t match the $135, 2 foot long receipt? One time we called to complain and they gave us $20 off, sounds ok right? But next time we shopped there we tried to use the coupon and they were claiming we already used it!?? So it was a waste of time and money yet again. Pick up is supposed to save time but it probably takes more time, effort and stress than just shopping in person. Never ordering here again, Aldis and Walmart have better deals and better...

The young girl in the deli that dyes hair all diff colors can never get the meat order right. If I order 1/2 lb shaved ham. I get 1 lb sliced ham. She will tell u the meat u want is not there every time. I think just so she doesn't have to do work. Bc one time she said the meat I wanted wasn't there and the other AWESOME LADY that works back there overheard and showed her they had it...She never gets these orders right. I gave up and started buying Land O lakes pre packaged even tho I prefer Deli. She shouldn't be in that part of the store. She has made u Lose lots of money Kroger. I've even went to other Kroger's to avoid her specifically. I've called and Kroger cust service only said they have a hard time hiring since they have to be 18. They didn't care and only made excuses.... Ridiculous. At least have her do her Job correctly or find someone else who will...
