Well at least they are consistent..this is the 3rd visit where the service was poor.. Ask for a Margarita and the server came back to tell me that they couldn't make it because they were out of the mix.. Where is the bartender..you don't need mix to make a Margarita and if you do then you are not a bartender. Ordered the Mac and Cheese with chicken blue cheese crumbles and wing sauce. My mac and cheese was so heavily drowning in wing sauce I thought I saw the grilled chicken come up for air.. Couldn't taste anything but the wing sauce.. The server was informed and resolved to tell the kitchen.. No offer to replace my barely eaten entree with something else ..just scurried off. Barely could call it service..where are your staff that know about customer service.. Why are there countless beers on tap and no one to mix a drink if the premixes run out.. How about can I get you something else to replace your bowl of wing sauce.. Very dissatisfied.. Also I was going through the reviews after I posted mine and I notice that he (the owner)only responds to friends, regular customers or great reviews so I wonder when your name is on the business why not the majority good or bad don't receive the same courtesy.. We arrived and were told it was a 15 minute wait. 45 minutes later we were seated. There was 7 of us. They were not even busy. The server got our drink order and we ordered 3 appetizers because everyone missed lunch that day and we were very hungry. 30 minutes after being sat our appetizers arrived. We placed our dinner orders which consisted of wings 1 burger a bobs mac n cheese 2 baskets of fries and the little ones had Saratoga chips with their wings. We waited exactly 53 minutes from the time we placed our order until the food came out. The food was cold, they waited until after setting everything down to say they were out of Saratoga chips. Instead of waiting another 50 minutes to get them some fries I got them applesauce instead. We had been there over 2 hours and the manager did not do a table check or even apologize. My bill was over $100 for cold food and poor service. I would have left but as I called around to check on waits it was 1.5 hours everywhere else. The manager on duty clearly has little to no experience because they were invisible...

I dislike leaving bad reviews for small businesses but I spent $70 here and my family and I are so disappointed and grossed out.

We bought wings and fries. We got them all with buffalo sauce and medium spice. None of the 40 wings had sauce on them. So, we had to make our own at home. Then while eating the fries there was a huge long black hair wrapped around one and had to spit it out. Then on one of the wings there was yet ANOTHER long black hair! We were completely grossed out after that and couldn't finish eating. Also, one set of the fries were all black like they used rotten potatoes and they were barley cooked.

We used to love getting wings here years ago and haven't been in a while. I would NOT recommend giving them your hard earned money unless you want sauceless wings, tons of hair, and rotten fries. It is such a bummer because we love supporting local over chain.

There are so many restaurant options in the area to compete with so just a recommendation to Buffalo Bobs to make sure you don't serve food in this matter or business will...
