Taco Bell — Restaurant in Kentucky

I went to Taco Bell on Mt. Zion road on February 10th 2024 and let me tell you I'll never be back to that location. My wife placed a mobile pickup order at 6:45pm, I work around the corner and get off work at 7pm so easy peasy right? I arrived at the Mt Zion store around 7:05 and I'm the only one in the store besides the 2 cars in the drive thru. I walked in and the lady behind the counter asked me if I was Door Dash and I replied no, I'm here to pick up a mobile order for myself. Someone from behind the counter said, "we have 3 pages of orders and we are short staffed". She said she saw my order and they will get to it as soon as they can. I'm a very patient person so I agreed and sat down. 7:45pm rolls around, I asked how my food is coming? The lady making the food said my food is just a few orders behind this one. I patiently wait until 8:10pm. At this point I was just tired. I had just worked a 12 hour shift and now had been waiting at Taco Bell for over an hour for 5 items and a drink. The lady behind the counter was new and shaking so I didn't want to raise my voice and get her more upset so I waited some more. The manager came out a few moments later and asked my name again..... Then tells me they don't have my order 😂😂😆😂. I'm so tired I couldn't fight with her. So after that went on for a few minutes the manager asked the new lady to retake my order and said that it will be up shortly. At 8:43pm I finally walked out of Taco Bell with with 4 of the 5 things my wife ordered. Please don't go here, you...

Won't ever come to this taco bell ever again. The night shift are very rude! I ordered 4 Dorito loco tacos with no lettuce well I drive up check the food to give to my daughter and there was lettuce all in the meat and cheese it wasn't loaded with it but my daughter is picky she won't eat it at all if there is any lettuce on it. So I drive back through, go to the window and explain to her that I'm sorry but there was some lettuce mixed in the tacos so she asked the cookers back there I'm guessing they said no they didn't put any lettuce on them so she takes my bag comes back and says there isn't any lettuce on these. "So she's calling me a lair" I said yes if you look inside them there is quite a bit. " again" I said I'm sorry my daughter is very picky she wont eat them with lettuce on them. now this wasn't just one taco it was on all 4. She says I'll have them remake them I said okay thank you. She comes back with a nasty attitude and goes next time don't drive back through to the window. I just said I won't be back to this taco bell, And drove off. There was no reason for her to be so rude I would understand if I was being rude but I was very nice. I could of been rude when she gave me $3.00 in quarters back but I was very nice and understanding about it. This was at the taco bell...

The last time I will ever eat at this location. . . They were dead empty 11pm on a Tuesday night and I was told through the drive thru, that they were only accepting mobile orders. . . I asked why and that it seemed like more trouble since they were already talking to me through the drive thru. . . They said that it was due to staff shortages. . . I said whatever and proceeded to download the app and place my order while sitting at the drive thru. . . I pull up to the window and the lady says they are only accepting drive thru orders, I say I know and mine is placed, she said did you just place it I said yeah and she said that your not allowed to place it while in the drive thru and you need to pull back through. . . I said okay and proceeded to drive right on back through (they're was no one) so literally 15 seconds later we have the same conversation. . . They literally put more work into not working than what would've been required to just take my initial order through the drive thru. . . Honestly I should thank them probably the last time I will ever eat at Taco Bell period, I will just go get Chipotle like a normal person....
