Maybe two and a half stars. It's still good food from years past, but the prices are atrocious now, of course. I remember when a Jr. Bacon was on the ninety nine cent menu there, such as other items and they used to love the Biggie size menu as in Biggie drinks and the Biggie fries. The employees try hard to give what they've got during the lunch and morning rush. They do incorporate good deals such as the frosty key ring and the biggie bags which include a small feast for a decent price. The dining room can be sloppy and dirty at times, especially when the employees scatter their own mess during craft days or Christmas, meaning that they make a mess for a company event in their dining room and then just leave the mess sitting there for weeks on the tables that maybe customers want to utilize. They changed their beverage machine to the self serve one thousand choice Coke products which kind of tastes gross because there are too many choices and they all get mushed together sometimes, as in when you get a coke, you can also taste another flavor with it, and the beverage machine might help with the Door Dash orders, but also encourages customers to steal, as in only paying for water and then purposely...
Read moreI went in waited in line behind two other customers. One was missing two orders of fries and this cause some disruption behind the counter. It was lunch and very long lines outside. The man in front of me was told to wait (2 to 4 min.). Then he was finished. I was told to wait, Stephanie the only cashier was trying to assist with getting the fries 🍟. She watched for about 2 min. I asked for a Dave's single with bacon, she asked again the meal , I repeated a single with bacon she asked again so I loudly repeated, she told me she wouldn't serve me if I didn't calm down and she would call the manager, I asked her to. She ignored me and put it in the system. The reader told me to remove the card I did it popped up approved. She came back to rhe counter and told me I hadn't paid. I told her I followed the prompts and I had paid. Shame said her side didn't show it. I said loudly cancel it and reenter and ill do it again. She stated she would not serve me. Another did I got my order and it had no bacon....

If they get a door dash order and 20 customers inside or drive through good luck they will choose door dash they don’t care if they make customers coming wait. Go to McDonald’s over this careless place same food better consternation service. Use to be good but now it went down hill. The place sucks! Bad customer service=bad bad to go. You don’t make your customers wait like an hour over focusing solely on door dash. Caring places I’ve been to that get busy and care about customer service either turn door dash off shortly, assign people to different areas and keep it that way, or focus on orders for people in line first.
