I ordered a number 5 and had a very specific order(ez salami, no cap, ez oregano, ez sauce, no lettuce or tomoato add Dijon). The first day they missed the Dijon completely and called back told them there was no Dijon and we exchanged the sandwich no biggie. Next day there is little to no dijon(I order the same every time) and I call and tell them the issue and the lady made it seem difficult so I said “I will order a whole new one because I want to add a cookie” and she tells me they’d rather not so she agrees to send the sandwich in exchange. I get a call back(missed call) and on my voicemail the guy says I can never order from there again. I go up there show them and have a picture and they just look at me and said “the GM is not here” I said ok can you call? They said they couldn’t. So I asked ok can I get another sandwich? Mind you I paid about $15 with a 20% tip(always) but the guy says he can’t so I asked can I get a refund? He says he can’t so basically I paid for a sandwich I didn’t eat because of how it was made and couldn’t even get my money back. Worst thing is I even offered to pay for a new one. I don’t know if it’s my skin or what but I worked in Jimmy johns for years as an African American and things aren’t as they appear on commercials or when you walk in and they give their greet. I was livid and was so calm but now no one wants to respond. Even called corporate and left a message. No response. It’s also crazy you guys replied to every Caucasian(no disrespect) for most reviews trying to help solve their problem but would not acknowledge the money I’ve spent....
Read moreWent in at 1:30pm, well after the lunchtime rush, and there were 5 employees working. One person in line in front of us. They took that person’s order and then walked away from the register even though there were 4 other staff available to make sandwiches. 3 of them stood around and looked at us before finally taking our order. We asked for 2 sandwiches, with chips and drinks for both. They told us the total, and we put our card in. After the payment was approved the staff at the register asked me if I paid. Like what??? There was an assembly line of 4 staff members making our sandwiches, and it took way too long to be “freaky fast.” We overheard them saying they switched the meats in accident, and had to remake the sandwiches. Fine. Okay. You all look like teenagers and maybe like you’re training someone new so I was okay to let this all go and get out of there with food. But after I drive home 15+ minutes and open my sandwich to start eating, it tastes a little off. On closer inspection, I realize there’s seasoning and sauce that I didn’t ask for. I turn to my husband, and it turns out that sauce is supposed to be in the sandwich he ordered. Apparently when the messed up the meats they also messed up the sauce and seasoning and failed to fix it. I couldn’t even finish my sandwich. Extremely disappointing....
Read moreI’ll spare you the details of my original complaint. Fast forward to today, I receive a voicemail from whom I’m being told is the store’s general manager (I couldn’t make out the name in the message). I was told to call back at any time today. So, I call back when I get out of work at 4:30pm. I then end up speaking to the shift manager and after he asked me to explain who I was and why I was calling he replies, “I’m confused. Call back at 6:00am to speak with the general manager at that time.” I attempted to at least ask him to relay the message to the general manager that I returned the missed call and to let him know that I’d try and call him outlandishly early in the morning to increase the chances of someone answering the call but I don’t think he heard that... I feel so defeated trying to converse with the staff at this store it’s...
