Absolutely horrible. Went there at about 6:30-7pm - only two kids working for some reason with a full line of people. They obviously had no sense of urgency. Location was a complete dump. Literally trash and food all over the counters, floor, and even the check out counter itself. I’d post the pictures I took but google doesn’t let me add them to this review. The workers weren’t wearing hairnets or their hats properly. Guy prepping my food was wearing his off to the side, barely on his head. I asked him for grilled veggies on my burrito and he just said “nah”. I was like ok... I asked if he could grill my burrito after wrapping it. He just said “nah” (I’ve had his done several times before). Other worker was in the back “making chips”. Didn’t bother to ring me up. Finally got my order and I asked for it to go. Guy just gave me a bag and said “here”. No way I was staying in this dump so I bagged my food and left. Also, I drove around back on my way out and there was a third worker just sitting there on the curb talking to some guy. Read moreStopped in on my way out of town, the restaurant appeared to be under construction so it was mostly people standing around, waiting for orders. I gave a 3 for service because one man was rude but the young lady working the line redeemed it. I had never used their online ordering but did that day. I arrived about 15 minutes later, when the app said my food would be ready. It wasn't and the first employee I spoke with was rude and said I must've ordered from the "wrong place". I said that I used maps as I wasn't from there and he said "I don't know what to tell you, it's a third party ordering statement and people get it wrong all the time." I was confident i ordered correctly and said so. Je rolled his eyes. His co-worker asked for my name and quickly and politely explained there was a delay in receiving the order and she was preparing it right then. She apologized for the delay and offered chips and queso to go with the order. I was grateful but felt terrible for her because she had to work with such a crabby young man. There was one employee who had her airpods in and was ignoring customers. I had went in to pick my online order, they were out of the protein choice I wanted, I went in and they told me that they didn’t put protein in my bowls because they were out of it, like why would you do that? wasted my time and money, i asked her for a refund and she said that she would have to talk to the manager which i said was fine i asked her for the manager to come out then she was like i’m the manager, like what?? The whole crew was horribly rude not just to me but other customers too. As I was there multiple customers were walking out because no one was taking there order and the crew was busy talking about there social lives. And just to let everyone know other Qdoba stores have willingly without any questions asked given me a refund when it was a fault at there end.
