I would have given it zero stars, but it wouldn't let me leave a review. This place and the management staff here are ridiculous. They seem like they really do not care about customers, or their experience. Not to mention trying to make it right if they are the ones who messed up. Didn't even get an apology for waiting 3 hours for a pizza I NEVER received. Let me start from the top......
I use to order from this place 2-3 times a week. Me and my wife are both GM's of a corporate restaurant and we barely are home, so we like to order delivery a lot for us and the kids. I placed my order online this time and they gave me an approximate 1 hours delivery time ( on a Thursday night). But I was like....eh that'll be fine. I placed my order at 6:49pm. So I wait.....8pm rolls around, and still nothing. I call up there and speak to one of the employees and ask how much longer it will be for my delivery. He asked for my name and information, then asks if my address and order were correct. I say yes, and then he tells me that it shouldn't be much longer before the delivery guy arrives. He then asks for me to call back after its delivered so he could give me a discount....ok cool! No problem.....yet. 8:30......still no pizza. I call back and ask to speak to the manager. Clint was his name. I tell him that I placed my order 1hr and 45 minutes ago and i still have no pizza. He puts me on hold. He then comes back and asks for my info again and then tells me that their computer system crashed and they have no record of having my order on file....hhmmmm....well that is really weird because the person I spoke to 30 minutes prior didn't have a problem finding it. He read off my order, address, and told me the guy should be delivering it soon. So who's lying to me? Anyways, the "manager" Clint then asks to take my order again and says that it'll be completely free. After I finished giving him my order, he then tells me that my order was too much and he couldn't give it to me for free anymore! What in the world!? At this point, i don't care, because my whole family is starving. So he then tells me that he could only take off 50%. I tell him whatever, and that it was fine. I ask how long it would be, then he tells me it's at least going to be another hour!!!!! So let me get this straight....you are 1 1/2hrs late, lie to me about it, tell me I get my order free, LIE TO ME AGAIN, make me pay half, and then make me wait at least another hour to recover it!? Nope, that's it....I'm done at this point. I ask for the guy's name, and I told him that I didn't appreciate being lied to twice and obviously customer satisfaction isn't a priority to the managers and staff there, and inform him that I'll never order a wiggle thing from there again. All he said was ( exact words), "well, ok sir, have a good evening...and make sure you call this number to get your money back." And then hangs the phone up on me! My order was $46.09 and I was charged for something I never got, that I will now have to wait 7-10 business days to get back. Was cast aside when I informed them about the issues as no more than an "oh well". And me and my family had to finally eat dinner at McDonald's at 10pm because there was nothing else open that was any good on this side of town that late in the evening. This happens last week, and now they are missing out on a solid $120ish a week bc of rude employees who don't really care about their customers. I decided to write this because I just ordered from Papa John's pizza......they have me a delivery time of 30 minutes, and was here in 20. The pizza was "piping" hot and delicious. I will be using them from here on out. This Pizza Hut and the people who run it completely suck. I would be ashamed to have staff in my restaurant who acted like that in front of my guests. Oh well.....their problem now, not mine. My money will be appreciated...
Read moreDespicable. . . I tried to order on the mobile app, and it would not allow me to add a second item. So I called the store to just place my order. The guy who answered the phone says "Yeah, we're closed". At 940pm? "Well my clock says 10." Is 940, sir. "Ugh,what do you want?" Excellent customer service would be a start. . .I explained the issue with the app, told the guy what I was trying to order. He said he couldn't place that order in store, finally got it right, then gave me a total $10 higher than it should be. After being pushed he fixed it. When I began giving my card number from memory, part of it escaped me and I said "sht, one sec" to which he threatened to hang up. So, I hung up. Spoke with Corp, who said the district manager would contact me. Got a call 3 days later from the store manager (John). After a lengthy call, with apologies, I was told that he would place a credit under my phone number. 2 weeks later, I wanted pizza. Called, placed the order with the same guy who's click is 20 min off. There is no credit, he was rude (same as before), and refused to make it right. We asked for the area managers info, he rattled out a name and phone number and hung up on us. The area manager would not even speak with us. I called Corp again who just wanted to send me coupons. 25 min later, a driver shows up at my door trying to get me to pay for an order that was suppose to be credited. Called the store again and told the same prick that he could make it right or take it back. It shouldn't have been there in the first place! He refused to make it right and the order went back. I've spent thousands over the years with pizza Hut, but they won't see another penny of my money. There are about 12 other places I can get pizza from WITHOUT the smart mouth added on...
Read moreI can now see why almost every possible position is needed for that store. The person impersonating a 'manager' is the rudest most unprofessional person I have encountered in a long time. I had a large order that I put in two days before I needed it. So when I called to see if it would be much longer, it was past the requested time of delivery, I had no idea that I was inconveniencing the people who made pizza. But first I need to mention when you contact them during store hours she answers "Hello." Like I just called someone I know. Not Pizza hut, just Hello. That should be a clue that things are not going well there. Back to the issue, I was told by the 'manager' that the next time I should call the store with a big order like that. So the two-day notice wasn't a big clue!!? I asked if my order was on the way again she said yes and hung up. I called back after a few minutes to tell her how I didn't appreciate her attitude to a customer. She said ok I told her she would get a follow-up phone call; she said ok. She could care less. So I tried to call Pizza hut customer service- they refer you back to the store or let you write a useless email. I say that because if you go website there are A LOT of people who have had problems with them and they seem to blow it all off. So knowing this, I will tell anyone I can to not order from this store if they can help it the 'manager' is trying to help close them permanently. It's a shame I love their crust. :(
This was also my YELP review.. But I couldn't think of anything else I...
