Tried getting my free pizza by ordering online, but it wouldn't recognize my birth day reward. So I called in and was speaking with a staff member there and she was saying there machines online dont connect to the rewards system. She implied that if I came in person( Having my spouse pick it up), she could do it. I wanted this taken care of so my wife would only have to pick up. So I asked I started to ask at least until she rudely hung up on me if we canceled that order now. If you could place that order over the phone, and then would my birthday rewards work. I was completely calm, but you could tell the staff member with frustrated because I kept asking her about the app and why it wouldn't work. She kept coming up up with excuses. So that's why I decided to see if the order was canceled if I did it with her over the phone if it could be done. But she hung up. I called back, and I waited for 2 minutes on hold for her to get to the phone after I really literally had just talked to her 5 seconds ago and they never came to the phone. They just wanted to hide. I wish I knew the name of the young man who works at this location - he is remarkable! I probably pick up pizzas once per month from this location (ordering online.) The young man who works there is very friendly, anticipates what customers might need, and goes above and beyond to watch for customers coming in for their orders. He provides gold star service with each visit. The pizza is good, but the service is what will keep me coming back regularly! That young man is going places! This is only the second time to order from this location. Both times I had to wait 20 minutes because they were training staff and call in orders took priority. Interesting that they didn't make the pizza until customers came to pick up. The pizza was missing ingredients and no instructions.
