Well tonight we had the worst service I think I've had at a Sonic, and I usually like Sonic! First it took a while for them to take our order (understandable, things can get busy). Then when we got to the window it took at least 10 minutes to get our order. My husband had confirmed twice that he wanted a shake with M&M's and Oreos (when he placed the order and when we were paying and they repeated our order incorrectly). When we got our order his shake didn't appear to have M&M's (I suggested that maybe they were further down, so he checked and still didn't see any), both of our cups were very messy on the outside and dripping down the sides, she only gave us one straw and one spoon and no napkins. She had already walked away by the time we realized this so we waited for someone to come back so we could ask for those things. We waited another 2-3 minutes for that (all of this time there was a girl sitting in full view of the window playing on her phone). When the lady finally came back and we told her what we needed (kindly, we weren't rude at all, mistakes happen!) she was rude, insisted that there were M&M's and had MAJOR rude attitude about the whole thing. On top of all of that we were very short changed with how much was in the shake (I've attached pictures.) We didn't even address that part. it probably sounds like I'm being picky but all of these things combined with the fact that the African American, middle aged, woman "helping" us didn't care at all about making us happy made for an awful experience. She concluded our service with an eye roll and a "mmmmmm"...

As my husband was ordering our food the attendant on the intercom was making noises, giggling, playing around not paying attention to what my husband was ordering . She placed items that we didnt even order. As I was reading what she was typing I informed my husband to read back yet again what we ordered so that she would remove the extra items. When our order came out our fries for two of the meals were missing. He told the attendant who brought us the food that we were missing them and she looked at our receipt and said"Oh you didnt order them." It is a combo meal it comes with the meal. She heads back inside returns with the fries and says we have to pay for them..No we need to talk to the manager. She said he left to get supplies but out assistant manager is the one who is here and said you have to pay for the fries...Come to find out the same Girl who took our order (Callie) was the Assistant Manager...Some professionalism! We said we wanted the number to the said manager (James) and they said they didn't have it. But to get rid of us they let us have the fries that were ours anyway. I called back after a short while to talk to the manager...All I got was..." Oh I will have a talk with her." So in other words "Yeah yeah whatever lady" No professionalism all in that...
Read moreIn my 30 years on this Earth, not once have I encountered customer service so poor. My wife and I pulled up at 11pm with the conscious intention of being patient and positive. The first fifteen minutes after we pressed the "order" button, no answer - yes, they were busy. Then the button re-registered our request. Fifteen more minutes, and we ordered popcorn chicken and cheese tots. Up came an order for a chili cheeseburger. We gently corrected their poor order-taker, and then waited. Ten minutes. Twenty minutes. Thirty minutes. We waited until literally 11:57. The order didn't come. I stepped out of the car and did my best to ask the poor carrier - Kinkae I believe was her name - what the status was, mentioning that I had been there for nearly an hour. She checked inside, promptly returned with my order, and asked whether I had paid. She literally yanked the food out of my hands when I told her I did not have the receipt, that I paid by card. She checked again, then gave me my food. She barked at the person coming up behind me that they were already closed. I didn't bother to ask for the dipping sauce they failed to provide. I've now lost my appetite and won't eat the chicken out of spite. If I were a pettier person I'd demand a refund. I strongly recommend taking your...
