Boot Barn — Local services in Kerrville

I'm the first person who doesn't want someone following me around and store trying to be "helpful" when I go shopping, but when I entered within full view of the front counter where 3 employees were talking and didn't even get a "hello" or "welcome in", I was a little surprised... and maybe that explains why I was the only person in the store. I traversed the entire store looking for the women's boots section, and finally found it on my own. While searching though, I got to witness a lovely exchange between what I assume was the manager to an employee that she was dressing down right in front of me... rude to him, rude to me. Worst boot barn I've ever been to. I've been a customer for years And shop frequently Staff false advertised items that were presented on sale and expected me to pay full price when I got to the counter . They honored the sale and pulled all the signs after I paid . It was literally for 2 hats that were buy one get one free. They treated me like I couldn't afford items in the store. Ps this location used to be the old golden coral in kerville !...

Paid over $250.00 for boots right off the rack. Didn't notice till I got home how marked up they are. Then I noticed, duh...they didn't even come in a box. Just straight off the rack, display boots.
