Hobby Lobby — Local services in Kerrville

Sad that HOBBY LOBBY has a manager that caries himself in an unprofessional manner. The somewhat tall guy with glasses with a receiving hair line that has a bold spot in the middle of his head ? U SHLD B CAREFUL HOW U TREAT OTHERS U MIGHT CROSS THE WRNG PRSN 1 DAY. Nasty attitude needs 2 b fired .. don't go to this place then change your mind at register that u no longer want the items or leave money in car don't be human that manager will go above and beyond to tell you your not allowed in store.. this manager will verbally attack you threaten to call cops make you feel embarrassed, i truly is wanted to drive off a bridge due to this manager hes harassed me for no good reason . Ive never taken or done any wrong doing but respond to his actions and since then he has followed me around the store waits at the windows taking pictures an recording me. He hung up on me when I called and asked for his name IS THAT TRULY WHAT HOBBY LOBBY HAS enteracting with the public so rude unprofessional and if i was weak minded person i would of allowed his actions to cause me self harm thats how much hes embarrassed me and has made me feel .. but im no weak minded person... how about you show your wife the video you and i made together a month...

This store is right off the highway. It's easy and convenient to get to and from. Friendly staff; greeted when my son and I first walked in. I asked this lady that greeted me (I'm pretty sure she was the front manager aka head cashier) I needed some paint and she asked me what kind or what I'm going to be using the paint on (so she could better direct me where to go) that right then said a lot about this newer store. After getting my Paints and proceeded to the checkout line (which had 4 cashier lines open and a employee stocking shelves at the front also jumped on a register so there was never anyone standing in any lines for more then a minute give or take. The cashier was very nice she was new and learning and the same lady that greeted me also was the one that was training my cashier. Next time I go back I will get her name and post both her and the cashiers names on here because they deserve to be recognized. Needless to say I will be going to this Hobby Lobby...

Shopped last night at great Christmas sale. Staff was excellent & young man cashier that rang up myself & my friend deserves a commendation. Was efficient, nice & made our shopping experience a great one. We were visiting Fredericksburg during day and overnighted in Kerrville but decided to stop at Kerrville store 45 mins to closing walking in on great after Christmas sale so shopped rapidly. I was buying for Christmas 2025 to decorate at work (my money not my jobs) in health care & the items I purchased will go a long way in making it a cheerful place this year. Wish I'd got the nice, great personality efficient young man that checked me & my friend out along with shift supervisor (another young man), they are a blessing to Hobby Lobby and were a blessing to myself & my friend. We saved tons of money on sale items and checking out was fast, easy and a pleasant experience! Thanks Kerrville...
