I love the atmosphere here. It is absolutely the most chill place in the area. Whenever I am in a bad mood, a trip to Wilson's for a drink is always a perfect remedy. No matter how warm it is outside, it's always comfortable on the enclosed patio. The beer selection is extensive, from IPAs and hometown beers to maceo-brews, and it's always cold, well stocked, and promptly served. The food. Ahhh, the food. From the Shrimp Yaya (Shrimp in a spicy pesto served with flatbread) to the Jacked Up Mac (Mac and cheese with bacon throughout and baked with Cheetos on top) to the All Meat flat bread pizza, made with extra delicious, is delicious. Quickly and masterfully prepared, promptly delivered. The staff, finally, is top notch. Male and female bartenders alike are quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. I can always counting easy conversation with truly interesting people. Patron or staff, everyone in the place is completely relaxed and ready to have a good time either watching tv, playing video games, or simply visiting with friends. So I came in, asked for two 1800 shots and a very nice bartender obliged us. She was getting the drinks ready until a tatted bartender noticed I had a cup of water with me. Granted you couldn't see it's water but I offered to let her inspect. I carry filtered water with me everywhere I go. She said no outside drinks allowed, but here's what really irked me. She offered to dump my filterd water and pour me some TAP water straight from the faucet.
