So although it was my 2nd time visiting this place, it was my 1st time ORDERING from this place! Yesterday- August 27, 2024 I placed and order online for curbside pickup and so did my daughter. I ordered the Turkey Club sub and my daughter got the Club sub. So we get there and my order was ready. I asked the young lady if the other order was ready and she had to go look. She came back out to tell me a door dasher had took that ordered and that they were going to have to remake it. She apologized and said that she would remake my order as well.....even though I received my sub. I thanked her and waited. She brought out my daughter's sub and another Turkey Club sub and we were on our way after I thanked her and she apologized once more. Once I got home and got to start eating half of my sub....i thought it was decent tasting. IT WAS NOT UNTIL TODAY that I thought to myself I WAS CHEATED OUT OF BACON!!!! According to the PICTURE on the menu...the Turkey Club is supposed to have STRIPS of Applewood bacon....on BOTH subs I only got HARD BITS of bacon CHOPPED UP HARD BITS!!! My daughter's sub had actual bacon strips but I didn't. Read moreJust stopped by at 8:48 pm. I know you close at 9, but it was a long day, I was coming home from errands, and was craving a jersey Mike's sub. So I pulled in, and a young man who worked there came to the door and was waiting for me to get out of my car. I got out and asked, "are you closing, am I too late?" And he replied, "Well we're closing in 10 minutes...." So I said, "but can I still order something?" And he replied again, "well, we're closing in 10 minutes," and walked back inside. I could see him go talk to the other coworkers and them laughing. I understand I stopped by close to closing, but you were still open and I should have been free to enter and purchase food from you. Read moreI just waited 50 minutes past my designated pickup time for my online order to be ready. An entire restaurant of people came, got their food, and left before my food was ready. 30 minutes into my wait, I saw my bag had been placed on the stand. Looking inside, I was missing 2 of my 3 subs both of which were cold. So I wait 20 more minutes for a regular cold sub and a child size cold sub to be ready. I appreciate that they offered me a free drink when my food was finally ready but I would have been much more appreciated if they'd offered it sooner. I understand they're a brand new store and working out the kinks, but the management and customer service was just not there tonight. I hope they're able to use my review to make...
