I am been going to this place for more than 16 years Always ask “eggs Benedict “ the salmon choice It is the most expensive item Reputation r The quality and quantity of this dish has been in TOTAL decline , The espárragos that comes with the dish Have been substituted by the lowest quality in the market , must of the time OLD AND SQUINY .. the amount of salmon is Dow to one or two layers and what is worst if you ask To substitute the espárragos for another tomato( very low quality also) the charge you 2.50 extra for a half of a midget almost rotten Tomato … I do not know about the rest of the food This is the dish I been order for the last 15 years .. Time to change restaurants Shame on you ….greed will destroy your REPUTATION !!!!!

Please do not insult our inteligencia I had been a silent partner in several eateries In NY and when a restaurant buy products they have the choice to choose “QUALITY “ From pure low to Premium THE espárragos used in the past where Premium …..now they are pure low quality The tomatoes you serve today are “plum “ So low in quality that are use to make tomatoes sauce, the ones in the recent past Was “Catalina” and up ….the type of tomato use for salads . Finally I asked the waiter to replace the horrible espárragos with a tomato The answer was “there Is a charge of 2.50 for the replacement” I did not want to pay that for an almost rotten “plum” tomato … You store May have been preparing this dish for a long time I have been eating this dish for a long time ( from previous owner) is the only dish that I eat in your place and use to be the BEST IN MIAMI . Excellent place to take the best coffee and the best croissant in Florida!! Love it. In 1765, an innkeeper named Dossier Boulanger opened a restaurant in Paris and hung the following sign on the door:

"Venite ad me vos qui stomacho laboratis et ego restaurabo vos"

Not many Parisians in 1765 knew how to read French, much less Latin, but those who could knew what Boulanger, the owner, said:

"Come to my house, men with tired stomachs, and I will restore you."

The phrase was so popular that since then, all restaurants in the world are called "RESTAURANTS."

Apart from the delicious gastronomy that became famous throughout France, Boulanger delighted his diners with delicious desserts prepared by himself and due to the fame of his pastries, Boulanger is also “to blame” for the fact that bakeries in France are called “boulangeries”.

The word RESTAURANT soon became established and the most reputable chefs who until then had only worked for private families, kings and ministers also opened their own businesses or were hired by a new group of small businessmen: RESTAURANTS

Recently, I visited the Boulangerie restaurant in Key Biscayne and, regrettably, noticed a significant decline in the quality that used to distinguish it. We ordered Eggs Benedict, but I had to send them back as they were overcooked. The tomato lacked flavor and, to our surprise, the salmon was cold.

My daughters ordered French toast, which they left almost untouched due to its blandness. My wife chose a croque-madame, but she only ate the eggs as the bread was hard.

Even the service has changed; previously, there was a Colombian waiter who was very kind. The current waitstaff is adequate, but it is important to note that the experience is no longer the same, despite the restaurant claiming to have been established over 20 years ago.

I expressed my dissatisfaction with the quality of the dishes to our server, who graciously conveyed our concerns to the supervisor. As a result, we were offered a 20% discount on our bill. Considering this gesture, I believe it would be fair to give them a second chance to see if the...

My wife and I were excited to check this place out for breakfast because everything looks and sounds amazing. The staff was very attentive and quick to seat us. We, unfortunately, didn't like our meal because it was very bland and came out a bit cold. My wife had the croque madame and I had the huevos rancheros. I saw multiple tables with the huevos rancheros and the waitress confirmed that it was one of their popular dishes so I ordered it confidently. Being from Texas, this version was quite different which was prefaced on the menu. I thought it was very soupy and lacked flavoring. My wife ended up eating only half of her order. Her dislike about it was the use of the baguette. I don't like Swiss cheese so I only tried a bite and definitely was not a fan. We also got an apple crossiant which I thought was above average. Next time, I'll ask if they can warm it up to make it extra tasty. If we are in the area, we will try them for lunch because their menu looks very appealing. We may have just visited on an off day.

After waiting 25 minutes, what arrived was not toasted, not scooped, and had no cream cheese at all. We sent it back assuming it was an easy fix. Nearly an hour later, the replacement showed up: cold bagel, a nickel-sized smear of cream cheese, and a sad portion of salmon (photo attached). The waiter was completely checked out, and no manager was ever seen. We spent 90 minutes here and left incredibly frustrated and still hungry. If you’re looking for a smooth, enjoyable breakfast—this is not the place. Avoid.

One of the worst breakfast experiences I’ve had in a while. Stopped in early on a Sunday—it was busy but manageable. Waited about 10 minutes for a table. Once seated, we were greeted by a server who either was brand new or simply didn’t care about the customer experience. We ordered two coffees, which were mixed up—but that was the least of the issues. I ordered a toasted, scooped-out bagel with salmon and extra cream cheese. After waiting 25 minutes, what arrived was not toasted, not scooped, and had no cream cheese at all. We sent it back assuming it was an easy fix.
