Doesn't speak English. They were charging $99 on uber eats (on accident) for avocado. I had to (politely) repeat myself about 8-12 times until I just said I'm going to get Jersey Mike's. She kept telling me to come in or order the 'smashed avacado' instead of 'sliced' but she didn't understand that that wasn't an option. I can't come in because my car was totaled in the Hurricane and had to order online delivery. I asked if she could just add it and I'll pay on my card over the phone and she didn't understand. I love that there is a Subway in town, and can appreciate speaking multiple languages, but it's always a task to explain any order every time I go in. Would love if they hired some high school kids or something that spoke English and could work for $15 an hour and get skills or something, but I think it's Russian owned and they only allow family to work there. Haven't been so frustrated. Hopefully they can update their app and make some money. No options for extra lettuce, tomato etc...

For example, in the middle of placing my order, another employee interrupted to ask me to move so she could sweep where I was standing. It wasn’t terribly dirty and seemed like it could wait a few seconds until I finished my order and moved to the side instead of making things awkward. Food quality was fine overall except their peppercorn shaker broke while they were using it, so my sub was filled with whole peppercorns even though she scraped most of it off. Not a huge deal since accidents happen, but maybe invest in higher...
Read moreLaura, the owner, is immaculate. Her staff has been with her for 20+ years. They all know how to run a Subway... to give the best customer service.
I have never seen a more clean and well keep Subway.
The owner personally gave me a walk through of the whole restaurant.
She recommended the new Subway wrap. Which was amazing.
I was able to talk to some of the regulars while I was visiting. Everyone had wonderful compliments.
