I visited the store for the first time after moving back to Key West. Claudia (new sales employee) approached me and showed me the outdoor rocking chairs they had on the floor which was an ample supply, however not what I was looking for. She introduced me to Jessica, the manager and does she ever know what she's doing! They found me a chair, exactly what I wanted and it is on order to arrive soon. I went in a few days later looking for a small chest to store some items in and Jessica greeted me remembering who I was. She showed me a number of options and because I stupidly left my phone at home sent pictures and measurements to me! She goes "above and beyond!" The photos attached are what I settled on. The colors are very coastal, the size perfect and I am crazy about turtles. She always returned my calls and was consistently pleasant as I had to reschedule the delivery. Eclectic and wonderful local store, filled to capacity with beautiful furniture and accessories. Attentive and focused service (if you want it or feel free to browse). Knowleagable staff, familiar with the products they are selling. I ordered two custom LR armchairs. The salesman listened to my needs carefully, assembled a group of chairs for me to try out, handed me a few swatches of fabric, printed out warranties on the frames and the fabric...45 minutes to complete the order which will be here in 3 weeks...built just for me 😎 It was tempting to go to Miami but I knew exactly what I wanted and didn't have an 8-hr-plus car trip, crowds, traffic etc to contend with. A little more expensive than the mainland but worth it in terms of quality, longevity and sheer ease of purchase...I sat comfortably in a sample armchair...

I visited this furniture store at the end of June and ordered a nightstand and a coffee table. Unfortunately, the coffee table arrived damaged and had paint marks on it. I reported the issue on August 20th and spoke with a lady named Jessica, who told me she would order a replacement table for me.

Now, more than 10 weeks have passed, and absolutely nothing has happened. I had to keep calling them myself to ask when the replacement would finally be delivered. It’s been a never-ending back and forth, and honestly, just a huge headache.
