Ibis Bay Paddle Sports — Attraction in Key West

Please don't waste your money. I only give this two stars because the equipment worked. The night "tour" is a bit of a misnomer because the guide did not do any guiding. He just paddled ahead of people in complete silence. I understand not wanting to scare away animals, but this was ridiculous. There were several people that were clearly not adept at kayaking, and he didn't even attempt to give them any instruction. It was like bumper cars. My husband had to end up helping one woman because of the guide's complete inattention. Also, the wildlife was pretty sparse in the bay. I regret my decision to use this tour because of its proximity and convenience. It wasn't worth the price of admission....

Arrived at 8:00 for our 8:00 kayak tour. Sign at the dock said to go to lobby. Went to the lobby nobody was there. Went back down to the dock at 8:02. Tour guide refused to take us said we were too late. Tour guide was incredibly rude and refused to let us go. Tourism and hospitality mean nothing to this company. 7 people, over $600 spent, no consideration whatsoever. Don’t trust these people to take care of...

My wife and I love this tour. We had friends staying in town who wanted to try it. So we all went together with their young son and daughter. We all had a ball. The guide was knowledgeable and funny. The night sea life we saw was everywhere. Crabs, lobsters, lots of fish. All in all...
