This place sucks, it was late at night and my family and i decided to get some dairy queen. We got there pretty late at night so it wasn’t busy, no one was at the cashier so we had to call someone over to the counter, the guy walks over and we take our time to find out what we want, the guy puts everything in the system without asking much questions like “for here or to go”. He gives us our cups (4 mediums) so we walk over to the soda machine, we tried getting ice but nothing came out, so we just got the soda and waited for our food. We sat down on the couches and drank our soda and noticed it was warm and flat, we think nothing of it cause we have ice at home. The guy makes our blizzards and shakes, then gives it to us, then a different guy starts making our food, as they were making our food i noticed one was making hand signals to the other, the guy didn’t understand what he was saying so he walked over to him and had a talk behind a wall i couldn’t see, pretty weird don’t really know what they were talking about but i saw one point at my parents and i. Theres not much i could do so i kept it to myself until we got in the car, we order 4 meals with 4 sodas and 4 ice creams. We asked for a cup holder and they said they didn’t have any, idk about you guys but who has 8 cup holders in your car. So once they were done making our food we left fast noticing how bad the service was in, we get in our car inspect the food to make sure we have everything and drive off. We get home excited to have a dairy queen meal and the food didn’t taste bad at all for me and my dad but for my mom she lost her appetite half way done with the burger, later that night she start getting cramps, diarrhea, and more. I look it up and there you go my 51 year old mom has food poisoning from a local dairy queen. Overall worst experience i had at a fast food chain. (count ur days for the guy who cooked that grilled chicken...
Read moreI received the small banana split blizzard almost completely in liquid form. I did not think the entire cup was liquid so drank it a bit and when I realized the whole thing was a lot less frozen than I thought, I gave it to my husband and he brought it back into the store. The two shift leaders (Ken and Keisha) said they would only give us a mini size since the blizzard cup was not completely filled. My husband explained what happened and showed that his blizzard was frozen and how mine was incredibly liquidy and that since we received them at the same time and only minutes ago, the consistency should still be at least as frozen as his blizzard. The two shift leaders still said they would not remake the blizzard. My husband asked for the manager which they said there was not one. Then he asked their positions and names. At first they refused to give their names and then they claimed that their store does not have a number and they they are unaware of corporates number. Another employee wrote down the name of the shift leaders on a receipt which showed the store number as 11022. I am not sure how this experience can be redeemed, but I would definitely appreciate if the two shift leaders were educated on how to find the phone number to corporate and how to handle complaints. Keisha was very aggressive making comments from the back and when my husband addressed her she kept sending another employee to relay her messages to my husband. This is very unprofessional behavior. I suggest she be retrained on common courtesy and professionalism. We are highly disatisfied with our experience. We are not looking for free food, we would just like Dairy Queen to know the type of service that is being delivered at this store location. Thank you...
Read moreJamie took my order. Then went and mopped the floor. Handling a dirty mob bucket and mop. Then my order was ready.. The food prep guy brought my order out and called "front" multiple times. She heard him the first time but didnt seem to care that my food was ready and kept mopping. He called her many times and she turned around and seemed very annoyed. I asked her if my food was going to be cold by the time she gave it to me. The cooler dude offered me free steak fingers for the trouble Jamie was causing. She went to get my food, the taco salad did not fit in the basket, no matter how many times she adjusted it, yes she was touching my taco salad with her bare fingers after she was handling money and a dirty mop. I didnt say much to her because I was annoyed at how she handled everything and I just took my food and left. I threw out my taco salad in the trash can because I was in no mood to catch bacteria or fungus from her hands. My steak fingers were ok but it was difficult to enjoy them knowing my wife isnt going to get her taco salad. Jamie needs retraining and I surely didnt see anyone acting like they were in...
